We had a very positive experience with Wright Mechanical Services replacing our heating and air conditioning unit. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were also very courteous and took the time to clearly explain how to use the new equipment. We would highly recommend them in the future.

My husband and I woke up yesterday morning to find we had no heat or AC. After a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Wright Mechanical Services. I first spoke with Lindsay, who was extremely pleasant on the phone and got us scheduled for service the same day. Our technician Jacob arrived right on time, and was quick to diagnose the issues with our system. He was extremely courteous towards my mother-in-law, who was home while my husband and I were at work. Jacob was knowledgeable, and took the time to call me at work to explain not only what was wrong with our system, but what our options for repair were. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and we were so pleased, we signed up for a Wright Advantage Membership. I highly recommend Wright Mechanical Services to anyone who wants fast, pleasant, and reliable HVAC services.

In the middle of a heat wave Wright Mechanical Services came to my aid. They were able to come on the same day and service my air conditioner and heat pump unit. Tommy and Ivan had to make a late evening call to provide me with service during a thunderstorm. They got the system up and cooling again.

But by the next day I had another issue; NOT their fault, but due to another issue I was having with another appliance in the house. I called and the person on the phone was wonderful. She provided me another appointment that evening with Jacob and Ivan. They fixed the problem and told me what was going on. They even provided with some good maintenance advice.

I appreciate the professionalism of the entire team, the expertise of the technicians and the truly caring attitude. Thanks.

This company is excellent! The technician Jacob was exceptional. He came out the same day my AC broke down on an extremely Hot day and got it running again. He was efficient and kind, explaining everything so well. We received excellent service. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward. Thank you so much 😊

Tommy Raines was amazing. He talked me through the whole process and made it really easy to understand. He was thorough and waited to make sure I understood everything and that everything was working smoothly.

Great work. Pleasant professional and timely. The competition quoted me a lot more to do the same job and moaned about the set up. Wright sent the same guy to spec that did the install so there were no surprises. Well done on a full system replacement in tight quarters.

Unfortunately this is the company that is currently working with me in an American Home Shield claim, The company appears to be incapable of communicating to my insurance company or me. After 4 weeks without a refrigerator and countless delays I am forced to write this review to advise other insurance companies and homeowners to skip to the next contractor.

We were alerted numerous times by AHS that our part arrived and this company makes no attempt to either schedule an appointment or update on the process, not until last week we were given a update on the fact it’s a wrong part and the part has arrived Thursday. Again the company has made no attempt to contact us or update AHS on when the part will be installed, agents from corporate has reached out numerous times only to get a empty promise from the owner that this situation can be handled.

The 4 week wait has caused my mother who lives several states away and hard of English over $800 dollars in damages since she has to eat take out EVERY SINGLE DAY. Again if you choose to cherish your loved ones stay very far away from their services.

Alex Wodaski stopped by last week to repair our lobby heater and he did an excellent job and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his customer service and help with the repair! *****

Jacob was amazing. He quickly figure out what was wrong with my system and got me back in working order fast. Now they will be performing the maintance twice a year. that would have prevented the problem. Wonderful helpful staff across the board. If you want quality, reasonable prices and perfect customer service. Look no further.10/10

My experience with Wright Mechanical was great. They provided great customer support and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician Jacob was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and patient. He took the time to explain everything to include explaining the test he was performing on the A/C to explaining step by step the action that was require to resolve the issue. I will definitely use again and recommend Wright Mechanical.

Called Wright Services because of their stellar reviews. They reviews were not wrong, that sent a tech out the same day. Jacob came was very polite and professional, unfortunately our until was frozen so it had to sit and thaw and he had to come back the next day. He was very prompt and thorough. He explained everything he did and we were 100% satisfied. We actually signed up for there maintenance service we loved them so much. 1000% recommend!

Each tech is willing to thoroughly explain the issues and the repairs, answer all questions and give great maintenance and preventative advice. I have AHS and Wright refrigeration was dispatched to the call to fix my washer. I was told by Henri, it was the transmission and it was a very expensive part, he would be in touch. After 5 weeks of waiting for a “transmission” for my washer, I was told by Ahs that he said it was the outer bucket and could not be repaired. I would need a replacement washer. I live in an old house with narrow doors and now it cannot be disassembled and reassembled in the basement by them. It’s been over 2 months and nothing. This is a combination of Wright refrigeration and ahs, I know that. But the lie from the technician is my problem. It cut me off from another repairman who could fix the original problem. Just disappointed and have to go to the freakin laundromat. Shameful.

First, I will start this review by saying I don’t give too many reviews. However, I will be remiss to not share my experiences with Wright Mechanical Services and their staff (Mark, Nick, Jacob, Will and Tommy (apologies if omitted names)) that I had the pleasure to get acquainted with and build lifelong relationships. As a single female who is not HVAC savvy, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to install 2 HVACs systems. Mark saved me for purchasing a crappy unit and it was not about that business for him. He truly cared about not allowing me to waste money on a bad unit. And, he was Right because I called my neighbor for advice and was advised not to make the mistake they made with buying that same unit. Mark equipped me with the knowledge of what I should look for and price points. Although he was quite confident with the Armstrong brand. I felt at home with Mark because he’s trustworthy, kind great listener and knowledgeable

This was one of the best educated decisions I ever made! Nick did an excellent job closing the deal. All of the HVAC technicians were wonderful, not anything negative to say. Definitely not a rush job. All the Techs that been to my house several occasions took their time and take pride in work and most importantly clean up after each project.😁 All are easy to talk to and extremely professional.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy who came to maintenance both units. Tommy’s quality of work is phenomenal with excellent attention to detail and took his time. Tommy was patient, kind with a great sense of humor. He answered all of my questions about the unit, which admittedly could be frustrating to an average person given my lack of knowledge. I am beyond so impressed with my experience with Wright Mechanical that I was telling Tommy that the characteristics everyone has in common that been to my house is a level of being generosity, compassion, kindness and pride in their work. My conversation with Tommy today is what prompted me to write this long review. I will be requesting his services for future maintenances or other services. Please request Tommy.

I reached out to Wright Mechanical when seeking quotes to replace a heat pump in my condo. The quote I received was fair and straightforward - unlike my experience with some other contractors. Nick (sales) spent a lot of time working with me on my desires and looking at many different system options. As the owner, I had so many question - some very technical - that Nick never failed to address quickly and professionally. He was a partner with me to solve my issues. He is why I chose to go with Wright over other contractors. Nicholas and Andrew (install) were fantastic to work with as well - professional and courteous. Their wealth of experience put me at ease that the install would be right - and it was. A system is only as good as the install! Lastly, the front desk team for the company are so pleasant and efficient. In short, this family-run business is top-notch. I won't hesitate to use them again.

The team were all very professional and work has been completed as expected. They took the time to ensure we understood all work completed and were comfortable with the thermostat and all other items. They were also able to replace our hot water heater the same day as the heat pump. Cleaned up all areas and everything is working great. Highly recommend Wright-Mechanical!
