Zack and Adam were fantastic. They installed the plumbing works for the 5 new sinks that were installed the day before. They were prompt, work was professional, and they answered our many questions. Zack also offered many maintenance tips. We did come across a damaged dishwasher drain line (caused by the counter top installers), which Zack repaired by running for parts. All sinks passed leak checks, including one which required a new input valve.
We would use them again, and highly recommend HPC, especially Zack and Adam.

Adam at HPC came to my home to give me an estimate for a new water heater and at the time also gave me a free plumbing inspection. He did a thorough job inspecting my sink and toilet connections and working conditions. I learned a great deal as I watched him work. I can now take better care of the plumbing in my house, and for that I am most thankful. Adam is most pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the best HVAC and plumbing company I’ve worked with! From the first call to the final repair, both the techs and the office staff was super professional and kind. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell they actually care about their customers not just trying to make a quick buck. Plus as a veteran, I really appreciated the discount they offered me. It’s rare to find a company that treats both their customers and their work with so much integrity. If you need HVAC or plumbing work done, don’t hesitate to call them. Good people doing great work!

From the initial phone call to the company to the technician coming to my house it was superb service from start to finish.

My technician Emmett was absolutely amazing. Called to let me know he was going to be arriving earlier than expected with ample time to prepare for him. He came in and went over his game plan for tackling the job so I knew what to expect. Very pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Can’t wait to have them back for future services !

Great service! Had an emergency plumbing issue and HPC was able to take the job quickly. They came out the very next morning and Zach did a great job explaining everything in detail. Loved the professionalism and they brought me back
up to code in the process by fixing another contractors cheap work. Even had them come back for another job I needed! Will continue to use them for all my hvac & plumbing needs.

We've used HPC on a number of occasions and always received a thorough and correct diagnosis. On this occasion, one of our properties was serviced by Patrick, as the unit was not functioning correctly durinf a portion of a guest stay. Patrick was quickly able to diagnose the issue as a clogged drain line causing the overflow switch to trip and cleared the clog - getting the AC back up and operational on a hot day quickly. We appreciate HPC and the services they've always reliably provided.

Zach and Brandon did an excellent job with timing, communication and performance. Diagnosed and repaired the issue expeditiously. Will definitely use their services again.

Update: Had an additional issue and Matthew made sure that the previous payment for services was applied to the replacement of my water heater. Adam and Danny did a great job on the installation.

In October 2024, I hired HPC Services to replace a faulty circuit board. The technician they sent, Jerry Greene, also removed my Carrier Infinity thermostat and installed a Nest thermostat — something I never asked for or authorized. Jerry assured me that the Nest thermostat was “better” than my Infinity model. I trusted his word, and because it was cold at the time, I didn’t test the AC right away.

Fast forward to last month when the weather got warmer — I tried turning on the AC for the first time, and it wasn’t working at all. HPC sent another technician, Billy, who immediately told me that the Nest thermostat is not compatible with my Carrier system and that “whoever installed it didn’t know what they were doing.”

I told Billy that it was their technician, Jerry, who installed it. When I brought this up to HPC, they claimed to have no records of the thermostat being changed and said Jerry no longer works for them. They also told me it was “hard to believe” one of their technicians would do that. But I have never had another HVAC technician in my home since that visit — the Nest didn’t install itself.

HPC is now refusing to replace my original thermostat or accept responsibility, leaving me with an incompatible system, no working AC, and a missing premium thermostat.

This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, and I would not trust them in your home. Beware of having work done when they refuse to stand behind what their own technician did while working under their name.

After running into issues with water pressure, I contacted your office for an estimate to install an expansion tank. Zach provided an estimate for the me and also found some parts of the copper lines needed to be replaced.

Adam did the install of the expansion tank and replaced the copper lines as proposed.

Thank you for sending Brandon over this afternoon. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He immediately recognized what the issue was and stayed on site until the tank started to warm up.

I appreciate your teams diligence in getting someone out here as soon as possible.

Zach and Patrick did a spectacular job installing our heat pump water heater, exhaust venting system, and reinstalling a second water heater. All of the fittings are professionally done with clean lines and corners! I will definitely call them for service needed elsewhere in the future. Thank you!

I recently had HPC (Mr. Emmett) to clean dryer vent and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finIsh, the entire process was seamless and professional.
I highly recommend HPC if you're looking for a top notch duct cleaning services.

Would definitely rate them a solid 5 stars but trying to schedule after the estimate was very bad. Zack did an outstanding job with my plumbing and is the reason I did not rate them lower. But I called their office between 9:17am and 3:28pm on 4 different days to schedule the repair. Each time I was told they would leave a message for scheduling to call me the next day. They never did. On the fifth and final day I called and was scheduled. The office workers seemed nice and polite but not proficient.

Emmett the service rep arrived on-time to complete the duck cleaning. He was professional, pleasant and informative. We have had a full HVAC replacement by HPC and they have been professional and responsive. My parents were veterans, I am an Army BRAT, this is why we chose the company. I would recommend this company for HVAC and duck cleaning.

All phases of the process went great. The professionalism of the staff, purchasing, installation and timeliness was exceptional.
