My 23-year-old AC unit bit the dust last week. I called a few companies around 5-6pm, and HPC showed up early the next day to provide an estimate. Jemero managed to arrange for replacement that same day. Stacey and Adam came out and replaced everything within the span of about 6 hours. Stacey took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the new unit. I am extremely happy with the speedy and professional service! They also provided a nice military discount, which was a huge plus. Thank you, HPC!

After chasing an issue with our HVAC for almost a year after our new system was installed, we decided to call HPC to troubleshoot the issue and get a second set of eyes on it. Stacy came out and diagnosed the issue within an hour. He ordered the part and had it fixed quickly. Additionally, he took time to explain some operating principles of the system and diagnostic processes, which I appreciated.

I'm going to be very honest with this review.
It started off a little rocky with this company. A new employee to the company was sent out to diagnose my issue. No matter how much I was trying to explain the issue and how it was different, they continued to say it was because of the hot weather and heat wave and that I should be happy for temperatures that I'm getting. Needless to say I wasn't happy. Very far from it.
A couple of days later, Stacy visited for an estimate for a completely different matter. I explained my previous experience. He checked out everything for me. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. He brought peace and calm to my universe again. I can't explain how much that means to a person with my condition. I couldn't thank him enough. I'm taking off one star because of the experience of the first technician but I don't hesitate recommending the company due to the professionalism and experience of Stacy.

Technician showed up same day. Quickly evaluated my AC problem and had the needed part right in his van. Repair was finished fast and then he double checked everything else in the system. Payment and other "paperwork" was handled quickly on his tablet. All-in-all a great experience! Highly recommend!

HPC Services is an awesome company. I just moved into my home and I noticed that I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. I called HPC Services and they came right out to fix my leaking valves and they fixed my toilet as well. The Customer service was Excellent and they had great Craftmanship with the there work. I know for sure that I will use HPC Services for all of my future projects and Emergencies. Thank you HPC Services for doing such a great Job.

HPC is the best! Matthew called stated they had an early appointment the technician Stacy arrived 20 minutes earlier! I was so pleased with the early arrival. Matthew was pleasant and courteous as well as Stacy. he explained the issue and he even adjusted the dampers for me. Stacy provided outstanding service. I will definitely use HPC in the future. I would advise anyone to do so as well.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to HPC Services for sending Emmitt to clean our home's HVAC system. We recently moved in, and the house had a musty smell, along with lingering odors from the previous owners' pets. Emmitt was highly professional, taking the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. After he completed the job, there was a clear improvement in the air quality. We are beyond pleased with both the results of the cleaning and Emmitt's exceptional service. Thank you for making this experience so positive.

Brendon and Billy were very professional knowledgeable, on time very fair price. They are upfront and open about the pricing and explain in detail all parts of the project they are about to do. No surprises highly recommend them both to do plumbing and duct work.

During these uncertain times, it’s refreshing to know that companies still value customers. Emmett Woodfin IS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!! He showed up on time professional and kind making us feel like more than just a ticket number. He explained each stage of the service so I didn’t have to ask. Emmett displays a strong ethical constitution for his customers and their concerns. I wish all techs operated in this manner. Not one time did he seem grumpy or as if we were bothering him. Looking to add a gas radiant heater to the first floor front room. Brandon was very thorough. I had a few other estimates from other companies and HPC were the only one to check all the current gas appliances to ensure an additional item could be supported. He explained what needed to happen and I felt confident in his knowledge and skills.

I had a leaking furnace and called HPC Services for help. Stacy, the HVAC technician, came out and did an outstanding job! Not only did he quickly fix the issue, but he also took the time to teach me a lot about my furnace system, explaining what caused the leak and how to prevent it in the future. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the visit. I really appreciated how thorough and informative he was. I highly recommend Stacy and HPC Services for anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services!"

I inquired one evening online about replacing a kitchen faucet and sink in my kitchen. To my delight, someone reached out by phone just minutes later to schedule my service. The very next day, a plumber came by, and he was available a bit early, which worked out perfectly!

Zach arrived, conducted an inspection, and provided me with various price points. He recommended a new faucet and gave excellent advice on the sink. He then went to purchase the faucet I liked and installed it flawlessly. Zach was professional and efficient throughout the entire process.

First let me say, HPC/Stacey showed up before time. He literally beat his competition to my door. Stacey listened to the initial assessment given by another competitor and diagnosed my issue expertly. During the service call he explained everything that he was doing step by step. At the end I feel like I have met someone who is about their craft and not just here to check appointments off his list. Great time and great meeting a true craftsman. I'm telling you now don't call the other guys....CALL HPC AND ASK TO HAVE STACEY BE YOUR TECH!!?

This is a new, small company that is Veteran owned and Veteran operated and as a Veteran myself, they have made me proud. Both of their technicians, Billy and Adam, act with integrity, are ethical, professional and very knowledgeable. Their skills are are obvious as you watch them while they work. They do a decent job of cleaning up after themselves. Like any well run establishment, their staff members are courteous, willing to help and ever so often Matthew adds a touch of humor to help the day along. I highly recommend them.

HPC Services has been great in helping us with our remodel. Matt is very knowledgeable and has been great in keeping things moving forward. Zack and Adam demolished our master bathroom and were efficient and clean. I didn't even know they had demolished the bathroom. I appreciate their efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism and knowledge.

Emmett did an excellent job air duct cleaning two systems including all vents and two dryer vents in our home. He was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Big thanks to Emmett and HPC Services for the excellent work!

Also, he took the time to explain everything being done and made sure we were taken care of before finishing for the day. HPC Services is the best AC Company in Southern MD! They are very trustworthy and affordable. My Air Conditioner went out last month and it got extremely hot very quickly in my townhouse. Early the next morning, I started calling several AC companies and not one company could come out the same day except for HPC Services. Stacy showed up and was very knowledgeable. As soon as we told him what the issues were, he immediately knew that it was most likely the Capacitor, but he wanted to run a diagnostic test just to be certain. Sure enough, he was right and installed the new Capacitor very quickly. We were relieved he had the part in his truck. Now the heat pump has been running great. I highly recommend HPC Services and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Stacy and HPC Services!!
