Attempted to turn off the cutoff valve on the toilet- the PVC part broke off and the floor flooded. Contact these people, the only good thing is they did show up fairly quickly initially. Between five and ten minutes out a new cutoff Valve in the wall - charged $360 which I paid upfront in good faith. Coordinate for them to come back five days later to finish the job. Was notified they would be here between 2:30-3:00pm. 3:22 they had not arrived and had not communicated. Sent a text that was not answered. Shortly after 4:00pm sent another text - finally getting a call tech is enroute. Another 30 Minutes he finally shows up spends another 10-15 minutes up there when he announces it’s is fixed. $360 for less than a half hours work - that is basically $720 an hour. Way excessive I would say.

Would I recommend this company? Not in this lifetime. Communication stinks. JUST A LITTLE COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY. Look elsewhere for a plumber!

I appreciate his integrity, his timeliness, and the outstanding quality of his work. The company's prices were very fair and Lindsey and Brook were also kind, knowledgable and thorough. Jacob came out and fixed us right up! In this heat our unit was having trouble with condensation running out onto the floor. Jacob fixed the problem and then some! Wright Mechanical let us know when he would arrive the next day and that was very helpful! Thank you so much!

Jacob gave a very in depth and fair estimate for a new high efficiency heat pump system. He was very knowledgeable with the sizing and system along with being very fair with the estimate! Would recommend to family and friends.

These guys were phenomenal. They came recommended by our condo complex and the dispatcher, Michelle, was SO communicative and helpful! She got us scheduled right away, first appointment available on the following Monday morning.

The guys were a little late due to traffic (reasonable, coming from MD into VA!), but once they arrived they were very professional and thorough, their review was done very swiftly and they were great to talk to. They answered my questions, and they were super polite.

Absolutely the best HVAC company around! Their customer service is awesome, and their follow-thru with any questions is timely and perfect. They replaced the years-old HVAC system in our condominium that decided to die during, of course, the hottest week of the year (so far). Wright Mechanical Services, LLC were there to the rescue! Their customer service thoroughly answered all our questions; and after pricing comparable companies, Wright Mechanical's prices were the best. Not to imply they were cheap. Their price was very reasonable, whereas the other companies' prices for the same product/services were outlandishly more expensive. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services!

My tech (Tommy) did an excellent job. In addition to fixing the issue with my HVAC, he was able to clearly articulate what the issue was and the solution he put in place. He kindly fielded all of my questions and was able to educate me on the way my specific system works. Overall I am very happy with the service that provided and would certainly use Wright Mechanical again for any future repairs.

WMS is amazing- I will never use another company again. This week my HVAC system went down, and it got up to 87 degrees in my house. I called two other HVAC companies first (which was a mistake). The first company told me I need to order a bunch of parts that will take a few days and will cost $2500. The next company told me I needed to replace my entire system ($15k). I was referred to Wright by someone who said they are the most honest guys in the business, so I wanted to have them check it out before I went with one of these other multiple thousand dollar options. Turns out, it was just a clogged fan. Tommy cleaned out a few things and unclogged the fan, ran some tests and it immediately started pumping cold air again and all the tests showed it was working just fine. Tommy is awesome and thankfully, he was honest with me and didn’t try and scam me like the other companies did, which saved me thousands of dollars. Hard to believe how hard I was getting scammed by these other companies. I will only be calling Wright Mechanical Services from this point forward for anything HVAC related.

My tech was Nick Kavaky who came for
my check up in early February. He was very thorough, patient with all my questions and very professional. I had many questions about my air cleaner and he Nick knew rhe best way to optimize the system. Anything he could not answer immediately he researched and got the answers. He was very respectful of my home and was accommodating about removing his shoes to keep the place clean. Great tech, and I would definitely call on WM again!

I called your company this morning and you were able to come to our home today. You sent out Jacob Garrison and he did a superb job of cleaning our AC unit fan, A-coil, and the outside unit. We recently had a service appointment for our three HVAC units. Tommy, from Wright Mechanical Services was excellent. He diagnosed the issues, offered knowledgeable solutions, was on time, professional, and personable. We will definitely use this company for our various heating and cooling service needs.

When our split unit in our family room started to squeal, we called Wright Mechanical. Lindsay was very informative and friendly and was able to send a technician the next day to assess the situation. Tommy arrived and, after assessing the system, he let us know it would be okay to continue using our heat until he could return to clean and do any needed repairs. Upon his timely return a few days later, Tommy started by making sure he had boot coverings on before walking on the carpet. He continued by making sure the work area was secured with a small plastic tarp. He kept us informed during the process and showed us the dirty water afterwards. He then made suggestions of any needed repairs should the noise return. We spoke about an additional double split unit for two bedrooms and Tommy described how that would work. We have since requested a quote from WM. Tommy was very informative, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and we would welcome him back in our home anytime.

AC went out on a 100 degree day. Had one company cancel on me and called 10 others that had no availability. Called Wright Mechanical and spoke with Lindsey who was able to squeeze me in for the last appointment of the day. Tommy and Ivan did a great job of getting me back and running. Jacob the technician is an absolutely amazing person. He explains everything that he was going to do before the job. All work was completed in a timely manner. Then, Jacob showed me all he had done inside house and the outside units. He explained everything on a level that I understood as he shared the pictures of his work. His professional knowledge and costumer service are excellent! Thank you for sending him to service our A/C systems.

I recently had a dual fuel heat pump system installed (backup efficient propane furnace) and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The installation team, consisting of Jacob, Andrew, and Nicholas, was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work.
