I highly recommend this company. Daniel and his assistant (cannot remember his name) were professional, prompt, polite, quick and left absolutely no signs that they had even been here. They cleaned and inspected my fireplace and chimney and pointed out several problems after another company said my fireplace was perfect. Turns out its not, and I'm having this company do the work necessary to make it safe. They showed me pictures of the issues, everything they said made sense, and were very patient with my questions. They instilled a sense of trust I did not have with the other company. I plan to have them do the work needed to get me up to code, and more importantly, be safe. Its worth it to spend the money now, before other, more expensive problems arise. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you Magic Broom.

Brian and Domingo were the best !! They quickly and efficiently completed the cleaning and maintenance of our gas 🔥 fireplace that had not been used for 5 years. Call them for service - you will be glad you did !

Update: We contacted Magic Broom to come service our fireplace after our first positive experience a few years back. I received great service from Shawn & Ryan today who did a total clean and reset of my Harman pellet stove (fireplace insert). They were professional and left no trace of their visit when they were gone. They even gave me a quick tutorial on my unit with tips on making it even more efficient. I highly recommend Magic Broom Chimney Sweeps!

Costs $375 just to look at the problem. They are backed up and repairs took nearly 2 months. I had to call for updates at that. Tech who came to install the delayed part tells me he thinks it was misdiagnosed. Overall I do not recommend.

It is fair business practice to tell a client the amount before the work is done and in this case I almost had a heart attack
They lowered bill to $425 after I argued about it

I placed a call with them because I had a drip from the faucet in the tub. A minor drip turned into over a $500 repair job. The repair person broke the knob completely off and now the cold water does not even turn on. It was relayed to me that I broke the knob. The manager would not return my calls, and the person answering the phone was rude. This place is a rip-off--Poor business ethics. STAY AWAY

BE AWARE!!! This business will scam you out of money! If I could give this business a zero I definitely would! My husband and I spent over 1000 dollars on two separate times just for the AC to keep breaking. Everything was a temporary fix! They don’t come on time, both times I was told a specific time range and it was hours past that said they would come between 12-4 ended up showing up at 8:30 pm. Just super unprofessional.

Mike and Cory did a fantastic job in replacing my garbage disposal. They were professional, polite and made this a pleasant experience. This is my second time using Mike and he is great!

I will not recommend Jerr'y plumming and heating to anybody. Poor customer service. Unknowable technicians. They have no way of trouble shooting for route cause proble. They good at changing parts to see if it is going to fix the problem one step at a time. They work very messy and dirty . Their repaire cost too high I have used them 6 times in 2013 for same A/C unit through my Choice home warranty Co. problem was no fixed. This is why CHW is using Jerry's pluming because they cheap to hire through these so called home protection plan. DO NOT USE JERRY'S PLUMING THEY WILL NOT FIX PROBLEM YOU WILL END UP DUMPING TONS OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.

No one answers the phone or calls you back liked promised. Warranty company called them and they answered but I called 2 minutes later after the warranty company and no answer. Warranty promised that Stephanie would return my call but haven't heard anything from them and it's been more than a week, with several calls placed by myself. Would not recommend
