Mr. Jerry and his team responded when I was in a crisis. They responded immediately and my house was restored within 12 hours. A real life hero. No back door pricing, which I truly appreciate.

I called Jerry on Friday night after discovering my water heater had started leaking water. They were the only plumber listed as open!! Jerry answered and began to talk me thru "what the cause could be". After thoroughly explaining what I had some knowledge of I knew he was the guy.

He came out early Saturday, diagnosed the issue and work diligently with a local shop to get the part I needed before they closed. He didn't try to force me into an total replacement but we talked about what needed to be replaced which was substantially less than a new heater.

He helped me locate a part outside of the shop and we scheduled the repair/replace for Monday. His staff was in constant contact with me informing me of the installers status prior to his arrival. Everyone was TERRIFFIC!!!

Steven, the installer, arrived and was absolutely professional, communicated clearly and answered all my questions. He explained what he was replacing and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, LOL

I would definitely use Jerry's Plumbing again, any other company I had in my contacts is deleted. Jerry was very nice, his office staff was polite and Steven was professional. Customer service was excellent at all three levels of this repair call.

We used Adam to service out AC unit during the summer when it was blazing hot outside. He was very professional and did an excellent job at cleaning my unit. They actually did a better job then United Temp air who came out the previous year to service my unit and said everything looked fine when it wasn't. I had the tech come in a service my heating unit a few weeks ago and he said everything looks good and gave me some recommendations. Will have the humidifier installed next and will post a review when it is complete. Highly recommend them.

I live in PA, but have interests in Maryland. Jerry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is a service I can rely on for general plumbing and my heating and air conditioning needs. Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive.

Stephanie is always there for me 24/7 and on weekends. I have several home warranty contracts on my properties.

I understand these contracts, their coverage and their limitations. Stephanie works with me to get me the service I need when I need it.

We had a leak in our line coming into the house from our well, and it showed up two days before Christmas. Jerry was out to the house that day to take a look, found the problem, came out on Christmas eve with his excavator to find the pipe and fix the leak, and THEN came out on Christmas day to fill the hole in. Jerry and his team were extremely professional and willing to go out of their way to get our problem solved as fast as possible. Their rates are very competitive. After living in White Plains for 5 years, we have now found our go to plumber. Thank you again for saving our Christmas!!!

I called Jerry's Plumbing due to my A/C not working. And Jerry's sent a tech out within an hour. My hvac system was very old and the tech explained to me everything he could do to get it up and running then explained to me the benefits of replacing with a new energy efficient unit. After a detailed estimate I decided to get a new unit and they went and got it that same day and installed so I had cool air by the evening. Great service I will call them for all my plumbing and hvac needs.

We called Jerry's Plumbing after 10pm because we had a sewage backup. Jerry's was very responsive and came out to our house and fixed our issue. The tech Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend their service to anyone who has a need for a plumber.

Had an issue with my kitchen sink clogged the day after Thanksgiving. Technician Doug from Jerry's Plumbing came out pretty quickly after I called. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our problem. Communicated everything before he actually did it, and looked for cheaper alternatives first to help us out before other avenues. We will be using and recommending them in the future. Thanks Jerry's Plumbing.

I used this company for installation of a new garbage disposal. I chose this company because their pricing was reasonable and they had overall decent reviews. Aside from pricing, my experience was less than optimal. My experience: lack of customer service, unresponsive after payment, failure to acknowledge and rectify their negligent workmanship.

I thought a professional plumbing company would be able to install something as simple as a garbage disposal. Yet, the garbage disposal installation was not done correctly. The same day after installation of the garbage disposal, we used the dishwasher and it flooded under the kitchen sink. I reached out to the Jerry’s to inform them of the issue. They told me to provide pictures which I did and haven’t heard from them since. I tried contacting them and left several messages but Jerry’s has been completely unresponsive. They have not attempted to fix their work, have not been in contact with me. They have left me hanging with an unresolved issue due to their mistake. But they did collect payment from me.

Their website and customer bill of rights state they take pride in a job well done, satisfaction guaranteed, etc. However, contrary to their website my experience revealed they don’t actually take accountability for their negligence or back the quality of their work. And they definitely need to improve their customer service.

This is not how to conduct business. I will not be using this company again. I strongly don’t recommend this company.

This company is the most thorough, professional plumbing company I have EVER used! The owner is so nice, takes his time explaining everything as well as answering my questions. The techs that came to my house were polite going Over And Above the work that was done. These people know what they are doing and do it well! Thank you Jerry's Plumbing! I'm telling anyone who has a plumbing issue to call you guys first. Super Satisfied!!

I had a great experience with Jerry's Plumbing and my technician Jordan. I called Saturday morning about my hot water heater and Jordan contacted me within a few hours to schedule a same day appointment. Jordan was able to diagnosis and address my issue within a timely manner. I appreciated the prompt and professional service.

I am a Master Sergeant on the U.S Airforce and just moved to my new home in Waldorf. The faucet in the main bathroom upstairs started to leak suddenly today Nov 16th 2023 around 730pm. I quickly conducted a Google search and found this Jerry's Plumbing, booked an appointment and was expecting a plumber to show up between 730pm and 10pm. At 829pm the plumber called me and asked that I send photo of the faucet. Immediately he saw the photo and the amount of water pouring out uncontrollably from the faucet he Immediately sent me a text that read "280.00 total can you swing this ? If so I'll have tech grab it and head your way now ? Cash app or cash. ? " I asked him if he is going to replace the whole for that price but before he could respond I called him and asked him if was replacing the whole faucet for that price. He proceeded to explain that the $280 included $20 for gas, $60 for bla bla...etc. etc.. At this point it was very obvious that he is taking advantage of my desperation. He then said, I don't even want to work for you anymore because you are asking too much questions. I was upset at this point because this is very simple job that requires a cartridge replacement that would probably cost $29 on Amazon. H So, I told him to get off my phone as I no longer feel comfortable dealing with him. Very terrible experience and would not recommend that anyone use their services. Very disgusting..

We used them on two large commercial projects for Target last year, and man did they work their butts off. The staff was very professional and I personally spoke to Jerry on many occasions during the projects. He was always professional, and was very patient with us. We received estimates from about ten companies, and while Jerry’s wasn’t the cheapest. The constant updates on the permits and the willingness to always answer my questions to the best of their ability made up for it. It really is hard to find companies like this. I am the kind of person that only cares about the project getting done right the first time, and I can personally say that it was. I will always contact them first when doing projects within Maryland.

Years ago we found Jerry through a referral for the installation of our gas fire pit. Jerry made such an impression, I had to find him for the replacement of our 20-year old hot water heater. While installing the water heater, Jerry observed our 20 year old sump pump was slowly pumping the water, Jerry appropriately recommended we replace the sump pump. Jerry did not pressure us and met our objective to proactively deal with future issues. Jerry makes recommendations from an honest perspective and is very fair. I will call Jerry for all of our plumbing and heating needs and would not hesitate to recommend his company. Thank you.

Another person here who typically would not write a review, but I feel compelled to do so. Last week we had a complete shutdown of water to our house due to a well pump issue. Since we are in the process of selling our home, it was imperative that we fix this problem immediately. We contacted the HSA Warranty folks who referred the call to Jerry's Plumbing and Heating, and we quickly found out that the well pump was not covered. Since we had already had someone from Jerry's here to assess the situation we stuck with them for the repair. While waiting for the service, I was doing some research online and was a bit concerned because there were several very negative reviews for this company. My experience with Jerry's was top notch! When the technician, Doug, arrived around 4:30 pm, he immediately began work on the system. Within an hour several other employees showed up to help Doug with the issue. The entire time, I was in the house and was not disturbed. The employees worked until the entire job was done which was around 8:30 pm at night. The new system was installed and our water was back running! The employees cleaned up behind themselves! I want to thank Doug and the rest of the employees who showed up to help! Great job!

Steve was fantastic. I called toady and they were out today, service like that in this area is highly unusual. I had three issues caused by general contractors I had used in the past and Steve was able to take care of them all. My hot water heater is working like it should, my toilet is actually installed correctly and my wife can take the hot shower she has wanted to for a long time. I will definitely contact Jerry's Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I have.

My experience with Jerry's was outstanding from the first call until they were leaving my daughter's house at 10:15pm. My daughter lost water due to a faulty pump in her well on Friday night. After dealing with her warranty company for three days and could not find a plumber that deals with wells on their list, we were finally told to contact a local plumber that deals with wells. I called Jerry's and was told they could help and that my window would be from 10am until 2pm for service, but someone would e be there around 10:30am. At 10:30am Tommy and his helper showed up and assessed that the pump was bad as well as the pressure tank and that both would need to be replaced. I then had to call the warranty company to place the claim which took some time. I was able to call Jerry's back after 12:30pm thinking it would get serviced the following day, but I was told that they would be out that evening after 6pm to fix all of it. A crew showed up (including Jerry the owner) to replace the pump and the tank. They were all very courteous and professional. My daughter and I will definitely choose them again. Also Christy in the office was so helpful and friendly.

I am very disappointed by the service I received from Jerry's Plumbing in Waldorf. My warranty company assigned them to me last week for a leaking water heater on the second level of my home. The appointment was scheduled Thursday for service on the following Monday. I mopped water all weekend and left work early Monday to meet the technician. The technician replaced a valve and left after telling me I need an expansion tank ($325). Soon after he left, the water heater was leaking again. I called Jerry's on Tuesday from home due to the fact I didn't go to work because I was up all night watching the water. The office person told me I had to call the warranty company to obtain another work order. I did make the call and the office person scheduled another appointment for Tuesday morning. The technician came and adjusted the thermostat, then left. I left home shortly after that and returned to find more water leaking from the water heater. I called the warranty company obtained another work order; however this time the office person was not so nice. I was then quoted all the regulations on how soon they reschedule an appointment. The office personnel would not allow me to talk to Jerry or the technician. I got fed up and asked the warranty company to intervene. This experience has been a nightmare that I hope will end soon with the new plumbing company. The warranty company informed me the technician changed his diagnosis to the expansion tank; instead of the water heater replacement that my receipt said. The technician also recalled the email that contained the replacement diagnosis but they didn't know my smart phone saved the receipt as an attachment.

Shame on you Jerry. When I dealt with you personally in 2013, I found you to be competent and trustworthy. It's sad what either growth and/or warranty business has done to you. I have referred you to my friends and contracted you to work in our community. This isn't Angie’s list quality service.

My hot water heater was constantly running water to my drain pain. I called two plumbing services and then I called Jerry's. It was 9:30 and Jerry scheduled me between 11AM and 3PM. I received a call back in two minutes and they told me the tech is on his way. Wow! The tech came in and was very professional and knowledgeable. He even advised me about my sump pump and injector pump. He did an awesome job within an hour. Great job!

I had a leak in my basement and I called Jerry's Plumbing to help me diagnose the problem. Mr. Jerry fit me in right away and found the source of the leak. He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He quoted me a fair price and explained everything as he went along. I appreciate the service he provided and I would definitely use him again. In fact, I already have :-) My sincerest thanks to Mr. Jerry and his team!!

My husband and I had a water heater issue, and we contacted Jerry's Plumbing to come out and take a look. Well, we will always use this company; they were extremely professional and kind. They explained everything to me in detail. They came the same day we called them. They were early and finished the job successfully very quickly. We are very satisfied customers.
