There is nothing more distressing to a homeowner then to find that their furnace has stopped working in the dead of winter. I contacted Wright Mechanical Services, and their dispatcher was able to schedule a same-day service appointment. Jacob Garrison, HVAC Services Technician, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took as much time as needed, an admirable work ethic in short supply nowadays. He visually inspected and then ran system diagnostics. He explained the inspection process, diagnostic test, and how it was able to isolate the problem to a specific component. The failed part was only available from the manufacturer. They made arrangements for next-day delivery, installed the new part, and my furnace was up and running. This is how building relationships with local businesses can pay off. I thank Wright Mechanical Services, and Jacob Garrison, HVAC Technician, for a job well done.

Wright Mechanical Services is a spectacular company to work with. I spent time with Nick Wright recently who is the General Manager and learned a lot about their business and his personal dedication to integrity and upholding the principles the company has embodied since it's inception. In today's business environment it is a rarity to get to hire a company that is not only family owned but values it's customers and team members equally. Most of the competition has sold out to private equity investors who are simply out to increase shareholder value at the customer's and the employee's expense. Not with Wright Mechanical. These guys are the real deal. You are in great hands with these guys. Look no further. I highly recommend them and 100% trust them to be the "Wright" company for your mechanical needs.

We just bought our house not too long ago and the furnace gave out. We had a contractor who our insurance company sent out, look at it, and left us in a worse position (we had some sort of heat but they broke two components on the furnace leaving us with none).

We ended up going around our insurance company and we came across Wright Mechanical (WM), where I met Jacob G, a residential technician for WM, who not only looked at the furnace but educated me on what went wrong and walked me through the components.

After the consultation we did a bit more research with other contractors and decided to go with WM because of the customer service that Jacob provided and the reviews. They did not disappoint! Your home is your investment and it’s important to get the right people on the job who can do it right the first time.

They got the job done in 8 hours, big shout out to Jacob G, Nick, and Nick (that’s not a typo) for the new furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend them.

Let me start off by saying that the two techs, Alex and Ivan, were great. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. They updated me throughout the long procress of removing my 20+ year old HVAC system and installation of the new one. They even took the time to install my new smart thermostat, help me configure it, and test it without additional cost. Speaking of cost, I solicited three other offers and Wright Mechanical was far and away the least expensive. Combine that with a great customer experience and you can't go wrong with Wright Mechanical.

Very happy with the service I received from Jacob. My humidifier was not working. Jacob came in and assessed the issue, recommended a product best suited to fix the issue, replaced the thermostat and my humidifier was back and running in no time. Aside from that, Jacob is very professional, clean, punctual and very communicative. I highly recommend him, and just because of his service, I will hire Wright Mechanical again.

Emmett did a great job, he inspected the system made a plan and completed it. The cleaning of ductwork is something that is best left to a professional and it made a noticable difference, much needed. Thank You very much!

Stacy provided top notch service. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company. I don't recall name of the woman who set the appointment, but she was also very kind and professional.

Highly recommend HPC Services! Super quick appointment! Very affordable compared to a lot of the places I called. They got my A/C back on and I can’t be any more pleased with the service I was provided. Will be the only number I call next time. 10 stars for this business!!!

Adam, Zack and Brandon were my technicians. They were great. They took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I am so thankful u found them on Angi. I would recommend HPC hands down.

It was a great experience.From the beginning to the end.I had a few plumbing problems.Adam came found the problem.He gave a reasonable quote and my my military discount.Zack came to do the job.He did a excellent job and even clear caulk around the tubs knobs.He cleaned up so well.Made my day.Thank you.

HPC dispacther was very freindly and booked me for a small repair the very next day.

Zack called me before arriving, was very polite and walked me through the cost and what needed to be done to correct the faulty toilet machanism and poorly installed toilet (Other Plumber). The price was very reasonable so I had him do both jobs. He offerred to wear shoe covers, cleaned up after himself and finished the job earlier than promissed. Zack is truly an asset and hopefully you get him when you call HPC.

Follow up to a review that I left 3 stars. HPC was very responsive to my needs and fixed anything that day that was needed. I highly recommend this company for HVAC services. 3 Weeks later - Brandon did it again!! He replaced my bathtup faucet and handle and now everything is working perfectly!!!

To start off, both Matt’s were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all the questions I bombarded them with! Their tech, Stacy was amazing! Great communication, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and overall gave me the peace of mind I needed! Will definitely come back to HPC. Their cost to check out everything initially was also the cheapest compared to the 3 other companies I spoke with. Thank you HPC!

THIS IS THE BEST HVAC COMPANY EVER!! My air conditioner unit started blowing cool air yesterday and my house just got hotter from there. I was suffering and my animals were panting all night. I had to wet them down to keep them cool. I was on the phone at exactly 8am this morning trying to get help/service for my unit and after two no goes, I called HPC and they didn't hesitate to give me an appointment today. I was ecstatic and felt that our suffering was almost over. Stacy came out and within .30 mins. had my AC working and blowing out cold air again! OMG! I could have kissed him...OK I did tell him that I loved him..lol..He was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and accurate with his diagnosis of my problem. Oh and he also changed the filter inside my furnace and showed me the proper way to insert it! Thanks again Stacy for fixing the issue without any problems and for a reasonable price. I love this Veteran owned company and am proud to support them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HPC FOR ALL YOUR HVAC NEEDS!
