John came to our condo around 9:00 in the morning and was with us till about 5:30. He did a great job in explaining to us about our new system and answered all of our questions. We look forward to seeing him on our routine inspections every 6 months . He told us that AMD people are in the building very often if we need any further help. This was very reassuring to us.

I’ve been using AMD for a very long time and the service has always been great and I would definitely recommend them. The only reason why I’m not giving them a 5 out of 5 is because the parts took a long time arriving.

I’m sure it was out of there control, but it was still very inconvenient.

Anthony and his team just installed a new heat pump split system for us. Anthony found several rebates for us to make the units more affordable and clearly outlined all our options. Communication was excellent and they even squeezed us in before the holidays which I know was not easy. To top it off Anthony came back last night personally and spent several hours programming our unit thermostat and controls. They clearly go above and beyond for customer service.

AMD staff are awesome. Anthony and John worked in 100 degree temperature today installing my unit so that I could be comfortable. Very professional 👏 👌

Came early, assessed the problem, corrected anything that needed to be corrected, explained items that need attention next year, cleaned up before leaving. Very professional!

Your worker was extremely professional, courteous and unbelievably qualified for the installation. He never hesitated with the connections and efficiently completed the entire replacement by the end of the day. I’m sorry I foolishly did not get his name but if he is representative of your company, you have an A++ rating from me.

I highly recommend AMD Mechanical Contractors . I called because my thermostat was not working. Anthony came out diagnosed and fixed my issue. They did not try to sell me an expensive hvac system but fixed my problem. My house is now cooI and I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

If you need a contractor to service your HVAC AMD is the one.

Great customer service, reported on time when they sent the time of arrival, very knowledgeable of the job. I loved the service I was given. I would use their service again. I would also let my family and friends know about AMD! Very professional! Mr. Anthony did a great job sharing with me what he was doing and he made it his business to not leave the job undone even tho some of the work he did was not part of the job! AMD provides excellent service. The service technicians are detailed oriented and walk customers through ta review/analysis of the AC system prior to repair, allowing customers to fully understand what and why repairs are proposed. They also clean the AC Condenser Unit as part of the repairs.

Anthony came out to service my unit and he was EXCELLENT, and with very fair pricing. I HIGHLY recommend!

AMD has been awesome. They are reliable and very responsive to customers. They installed a new HVAC in condo and it is quiet, and so much more efficient! Anthony and staff are great. Highly recommend. We had water alarm today, and they were in that afternoon to repair, and inspected entire unit. TY!

John . . . always tries to correct the issue as best as possible and he's diligent in his efforts. Wonderful demeanor and very comfortable to work with. I just hope this go around will fix the problem I've been experiencing with my HAC unit.

One of our very old humidifiers needed costly repair, and we asked AMD to install a new Aprilaire 800. The technician arrived as scheduled. completed the task, and explained the meanings of the signal lights. No hassle and hopefully a long unit lifetime.
