I would absolutely use this company again! They put me on the on call list because I called around 6 pm. He came at 8, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. I brought the service package. I will call them every time. He explained the problem, and why it stopped working… Mu family including my dog was so happy, and we all slept so good that night.

Francisco did a very good job checking both units. However, I’m still waiting for him to come back and finish the work.

The technician was really nice, polite, & professional. He answered questions i had and he broke down what he observed and gave me an understanding.

The technician called before his informed scheduled appointment which was appreciated. He arrived on time and was courteous. After checking my unit he advised me of several options I had due to the age of my unit. I recommend this company highly.

He walked me through everything he was doing, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure my system was operating at its best.

We had an emergency call scheduled. It wasn’t an appointment, but we had to wait until the technicians arrived. They arrived at 11 PM and discovered that our unit was not working and the temperature was 95 degrees in the house. They immediately got to work and discovered the problem. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were at our house for about 30 min and restored our air conditioner. Great job by these two young men!! They were friendly and very helpful for a late night service call. Kudos and much thanks!!

Laeeq did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my AC. He was punctual, professional, and explained the issue clearly. He found the root cause after attention to detailed troubleshooting, performed the repair effectively, and tested the system until it was blowing cool air again. Once repairs were complete, he left the area clean and was courteous throughout. Highly recommend, 5-star service.

They did a good job with repairing the leaking faucet in my bathroom. The issue I had was the unprofessionalism around the appointment date and time.

Mr. Tobias was very professional and fully explained the current status of my system and provided good advice for recommending replacement and for maintenance plan. He also have arranged for another representative from your company to assume with the replacement process.

The technician “Charlie” was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient as he explained everything in detail and answered all my many questions. Although the outcome as it relates to the repair was less than I would have liked, I am more than satisfied and pleased with his service. If the rating was 10, he would get it. Thanks Charlie

The technician was very nice. He came out to check out my HVAC system. After disconnecting my thermostat, he showed me where there was a leak on my furnace. Then estimated $2,200+ for refrigerant after my warranty discount to repair or $10k-$14k for a new system! Since my system is 20+ years old, it’s probably best to get it replaced.

I found it hard to believe that he would say that they only sold and installed one type of system at such an expensive price. I was so shocked that I just realized that he never reconnected my thermostat before leaving!

After determining the furnace could not be repaired we were given great options for selecting a new furnace and the installation was professionally done in a very timely manner. All personnel we dealt with were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.as

I had the free Heating and AC up today and service was outstanding. DeSean (my tech) was on time, professional, courteous and explained what he was doing and why. Definitely would recommend them for this type for service and more. They have been to my home before and I am never disappointed in their service. Great Job!!!

It started with an immediate call after I submitted a service ticket with my warranty company. That shocked me, I was pleasantly surprised to get scheduled so quickly and for the next day. The tech was amazing — thorough, knowledgeable, diligent and kind. I highly recommend Charlie and United Air Temp Waldorf!

We have used this company for several years and been pleased. However this time was less than.

Our first appointment - technician was a "no-show but told his office he called us and waited.

For the new appointment we requested a different technician. Was told the "Manager " would perform the work because there is only 1 technician to a route.

New service date: The technician called me and asked if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled window. Noting his name was not who we were expecting, I inquired. He said the manager was busy.

The technician performs the maintenance and recommends cleaning the furnace motor. We asked for before and after pictures and the tech agreed to provide them. He told my husband he was sending them to our email and texting to my phone. He didn't.

The next day I called the office, asked for the pictures, abd was told the technician has them on his phone and would call or send them that day.

I am writing this review 2 days later -- no pictures.

We no longer trust this company and we will be filing a formal complaint with management and requesting proof that the work performed (cleaning) was actually needed and not a money grab.
