Our technician, Mack, was exceptional! He came within the predetermined time frame, explained what he was going to do, reviewed with me what he did, and answered my follow-up questions. We have had United Air Temps for several years and are thoroughly pleased. I would highly recommend them!

I was so pleased with the service and was actually shown and given a complete breakdown on both of my units, one being a furnace and the other the air handler of their full operation. That’s what I call quality service and care. The technician was very friendly and respectful. Overall very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for better care of the units. I also purchased the one year service/maintenance contract.

Repair man arrived and repaired issue within 30 minutes. The only issue I had is that the communication of when and what time the repair person would arrive was poor. I received 3 different arrival times and when I called to confirm what was accurate, the only response I received was that they will be there sometime that day.

Jordy was dispatched out to m my h house to clean the air duct connected to my dryer. He was patient, professional and strategically assessed what was needed to fix my issue. He took copious notes to ensure that when he comes back that he will have what is needed to get me squared away. Although the issue is not fixed yet, I have no doubts that when he returns, it will be. Great job Jordy.

Your contract for routine maintenance is confusing. Tech only spent 15 minutes. Everything was different from before. Charged for routine maintenance when I have a contract.

I originally left a great review, as I thought the technician was very friendly and communicative, well I stand corrected! I was told I needed a part that needed to be ordered. Supposedly it was going to take a week, it is now 2 weeks later and I keep getting the run around. No one can give me a straight answer of where the part is tracking. How do you not know where the part is 2 weeks later? I asked for a manager and was told that they don’t share their information! I have never dealt with a company where I could not talk to a manager!
It isn’t healthy to be in a house without air in this heat for my kids or myself! When I call I keep getting the same answer, “we will call you when it arrives!” This is the worst customer service I have received in a long time!

I got the dryer cleaning service. The repairman was easy to work with and efficient. He go right to work and cleaned my dryer within a half hour.

He took the time to carefully diagnose the funny noise coming from my AC unit, demonstrating thorough knowledge and attention to detail.

What impressed me the most was his ability to pinpoint the issue quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact that the needed work is not covered under my warranty, he was proactive in providing solutions. He even mentioned that his supervisor would be coming next week to give an estimate for fixing the ductwork, which shows a great commitment to customer service.

The two technicians that performed my AC checkup were great, even came earlier than scheduled, which worked out well for me. Plus when I asked about water heater flushing, they offered a great price and performed the work quickly and thoroughly. Appreciate it!

The technician called ahead of his arrival time. He was very thorough in inspecting my air conditioner. Explaining what he found to be a problem, fixing it, and testing its effectiveness. The young man provided excellent service was professional and polite.

Tech came out, was punctual and went above and beyond to complete tasks he was here for. He also came back when the part came in to finish the job. When he returned he was with his manager. The tech that showed up was more interested in selling me a new HVAC unit than repairing my current HVAC system. He also said my existing unit required an older and more expensive refrigerant than what my unit actually takes. Not pleased at all with visit or service received

I love this business, I have been working with them for a few years now and they always give me appointments quickly and resolve my issues I also use them for my semiannual systems checks. There systems contracts are affordable and worth the money. Daniel is one of the managers and I love working with him, he doesn’t try to sale me products I don’t need.
