Reyes installed a brand new unit at my house that I just purchased. I had a little issue with the unit on the night of the bad snow/ice storm and the owner had someone out THAT night to fix it. Fixed and back and running within 20 minutes. I will always call them for anything in the future and highly recommend them.

Oscar and his team were great to work with. He installed a 19 SEER2 Rudd System (compressor, coil, 2 stage gas furnance) and worked with me to research the system and provide the AHRI information. There was never a problem that Oscar was not willing to resolve and look into and troubleshoot. For example, the compressor would not fit into the yard because it was wider than the door. His team lifted the unit across the fence!

After installation, there were some troubleshooting related to the furnace and his team promptly answered texts and calls and made multiple visits to make sure that everything was working.

Oscar was understanding the specifications of my house and where we wanted to place the HVAC. He was professional and I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Reyes HVAC is reliable, prompt, and reasonably priced. I have relied on them for assistance in replacing, first, my heat pump and outdoor compressor for one zone, and then my furnace and its compressor for another zone. This last time they came out within a day of my outreach to Oscar about my furnace, as the DMV was recovering from Plowmaggedon. They arrived within the one-hour window they specified (and communicated via text that they were on their way), worked nearly all day, in challenging conditions (including prying out the old compressor from a sheet of ice), and got the work done, while interacting respectfully with those of us who were in the house, protecting our walls and floors, and cleaning up after themselves. You can’t ask for more.

I was beyond impressed with Reyes HVAC. They were able to give me a quote after a thorough inspection with several options, showed up as scheduled and on time, and walked me through ongoing maintenance going forward. Their price was significantly better than competitors but not because they didn’t provide outstanding quality and service, but because they don’t try to compete on tons of bells, whistles and fancy markups that just make me have to pay more money for stuff I don’t need. Honest service. Honest prices. Honest people.

Reyes is a great HVAC company. I called about a noise I was hearing from my furnace. They came out the very next day and diagnosed the issue, which was a motor going bad. They replaced the motor and had a fair price also. I’ll definitely be calling them for any HVAC needs I have moving forward. They’re professional, and good people!
