When calling for an appointment, I was very pleased with the quick appointment availability. The customer service was pleasant and personable. When Harry the technician arrived, he was on time, he took the necessary COVID-19 precautions and his professionalism was outstanding. Lastly, he took the time to explain what he was doing and addressed all of my questions and concerns without hesitation! All work was done exceptionally well and I have already referred this company to my neighbors!

Harry was punctual and thoroughly explained the issue with the fireplace. He replaced my pilot light and cleaned the every part of the fireplace, including adding some rock wool. Best the fireplace has ever looked.
