I had B&E come check out the issues I was having with my heat pumps. They arrived on time, and were very professional.
They were able to figure out the problem in a timely manor and fix it right the first time. Eric explained everything to me in laments terms so I understood what the problem was.
They wore masks, shoe coverings and were very respectful of my home. Pricing was very reasonable and I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a no nonsense contractor that gets the job done right.

I had B & E Heating & Air out to replace my whole system. After getting other quotes they were the most inexpensive. They came out on schedule and were very professional and very respectful. B & E did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to everyone I know needing any Heating and Cooling services.

Eric and his wife of B&E Heating and Air responded to my residence at 8:00 AM on 6/6/24. I was met with a smile and warm greeting. Eric began by asking what problems I was having with my unit. He immediately diagnosed the problem and installed a new component. After observing the outside unit running correctly he proceeded inside to check my interior system. After performing some preventive maintenance, my A/C system was operating efficiently again. After all was said and done I was presented a bill which was well within reason for the work conducted. I highly recommend this company if you want fair pricing and excellent service.

B&E Heating and Air replaced our old unit. They were on-time, professional, very detailed and reasonably priced. This husband and wife duo went above and beyond. They came out within 2 hours of me calling and diagnosed the problem quickly. They had the replacement part on hand and installed it right then and there. Both people were kind and respectful of my home- they wore those plastic shoe coverings, cleaned up the work area, and disposed of the defective part. The pricing was reasonable given parts, complexity of labor, and quick response time. They'll be my first call if I have HVAC problems in the future!

B&E Heating and Air came to our home today and fixed the AC problem in short order, and with very short notice. Our HVAC wasn’t blowing cold air, and the house was heating up fast. After calling a few companies, who either could not arrive within the needed timeframe or did not have the materials ready, we called B&E, which was a great decision. They arrived in less than an hour, were able to quickly identify the issue, provide a quote and immediately execute the fix. It was a no-nonsense transaction and the price was reasonable. We really appreciate when our local companies pull through. Our dogs loved them too, which was a plus! We would definitely recommend B&E Heating and Air for HVAC services.

B & E will be my go-to HVAC company forever. Extremely competent, friendly, fast and reasonably priced. The team of two expertly found all the problems, spent an hour checking electrical, inside unit, outside unit and got it all working within about an hour. I estimated it would cost $400 and it cost $380 - a real bargain for their supreme expertise. My friend and I thought we knew what the problem was: we weren’t even close! That’s why you need the EXPERTS.
