Stellar work ethic. Reasonably priced: identified the problem, researched the parts, gave an estimate, and returned three days later and got my fireplace working! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have referred B&E to everyone I know.

It was amazing dealing with B&E Heating and Cooling. From receiving the quote and the installation of my Goodman HVAC system. They were always keeping me in the loop with their work and making sure that I receive all the warranties as well !!!

They were fantastic, had problem with flower refrigeration cooler they came quickly and went out of there way to get the cooler working again.

B and E Heating and AC is the company you go with if you are having trouble with your Heat. I was freezing in my home. I called at 10:42am and Becky and Eric arrived at 11:15am on a Saturday. I will say this winter freeze of 2026. The response time was great. Now realistically, I don’t expect that every time. They were professional and explained what was going on with my system and suggestions for preventative maintenance. They wore cover ups over their shoes before they entered the house. Very respectful and what I mean even though they were there for service. Eric asked was it okay to enter my home before coming in. It kind of caught me off guard. My HVAC system is old maybe 30 years. So I didn’t know what to expect. The system is currently heating my home. I’m typing this at 2:48pm 1/31/2026. Thank you Becky and Eric. I highly recommend B&E Heating & Air! Family owned, professional and very reasonable pricing. Highly responsive. My furnace went down after the ice storm and they came out the same day I called. Outdoor fan motor and panel had to be replaced due to the ice. Very professional. Took the time to answer my questions and explain what the issue was and the best way to solve it. Excellent family to work with.

Harry came out a few times over the past year and did an excellent job fixing our gas fireplace. Yesterday our fireplace stopped working. The temperature was set to drop into the 20s that night and Harry responded immediately. He found the IPI module was out that they had replaced 8 months ago. It wasn't under warranty, but he replaced it free of charge. They have always been very responsive, polite and professional and I highly recommend them.

While they were late for both appointments, they certainly made up for it in professionalism. They were very professional, courteous, polite, and knowledgable. As a first time home buyer, they helped me understand my home warranty and informed me on anything I asked or needed to know about the service job. I appreciated that they didn't try to bs me about our broken AC unit like a previous tech did.
Definitely recommend.

We've used Buchanan's 3x now since moving here. They are who our home warranty uses. We've been very happy with Harry our service rep. He always calls back immediately, calls when he's on his way and always arrives in the first hour of the service window. He fixed our heat on what was probably the coldest day of the year and had to sit outside to replace the condenser unit. He came right out and fixed our AC in the summer and our heat again today. Our unit is the original from 1996 hence the multiple visits. Highly recommend.

Harry provided exemplary service on our gas fireplace. He meticulously inspected and cleaned the unit as well as explained everything clearly. Harry properly connected the wall switch to the gas fireplace and did a very thorough job of cleaning up, which not every contractor does. We really appreciated his candor and professionalism. I would call upon him in the future and highly recommend Harry without hesitation.

Harry was great. He was on time and friendly. He shared his thought process as he worked through our heat pump problem. He even said at one point that he didn’t want to get his mind fixed on one particular problem/solution combination as he wanted to keep an open mind until he had thought/worked through the whole diagnostic process. He answered all my questions and left with the unit working properly. Turns out it was a wire arcing in the outside unit. I join the others (from the many reviews I read) in recommending Buchanan’s.

Outstanding service and quick response to repair our HVAC system that went out on the hottest day of the year! Harry was scheduled to arrive on Monday but called and was able to add us to his schedule on the same day and arrived within a couple of hours!
I had an elderly mother home and pets so his timing was great and he was so honest about the issue and repaired the unit quickly! I was married to an HVAC tech so I know the diagnosis very well and Harry was on point and honest. I highly recommend this company's service!

Buchanan’s not only solved a problem that other HVAC and plumbers couldn’t solve, but their bill was shockingly far less than what others would have charged. Their solution was also creative. They will be my “go to” in the future. A rare diamond of a company.

He was very honest, upfront and despite learning that my heat pump/ac issue would not be picked up through my home warranty program, he was able to find me a great unit and at an affordable price. Harry was very thorough in his work, made sure everything worked to my satisfaction and made my family feel like we were his priority. The service was wonderful they came explained every question I had which I had alot. Order the parts I needed and the service tech Harry was wonderful he did a great job kind and understanding. I had a previous hvac tech company come out the guy wouldn't even work on my unit because he said the power was off and nothing he can do to call a electrician. Electrician came out and had to pay for that service and he said why didn't he just turn the switch on for you anyways that Hvac service was awful the guy was rude and so on I definitely am glad I went with this place. Came on time, order part fast, affordable prices and customer service on point.
