I was pretty worried about my roof and Justin Medford put all of that to rest. He was patient and thorough from start to finish. The roofers showed up on time and completed the project in the quoted time. I highly recommend that you use this company and ask for Justin specifically. I would recommend this business for any roofing needs.

Worst company ever. Definitely storm chasers. The guys knocked on the door even though it is clearly posted NO SOLICITING , NO ESTIMATES. I reluctantly agreed to let them look at the roof and they were very nice and professional. They told me if they wouldn’t be able to do it themselves, they would still explain to me how I could get it done by someone else. They said they would replace the roof and find ways to “offset” the deductible by finding “collateral”. At the time, I did not realize this was not a “normal” thing to do. Being disabled and unemployed due to COVID, it was a very enticing offer. That, however, was short lived. When they ran into a road block with the insurance company not blindly agreeing to replace more siding than what was needed - which they hope would be the “collateral” - they became unresponsive. They refused to do an ITEL report to determine the correct color for the siding even though the insurance company said they would pay for it. The insurance adjuster came out and did it himself and said we could order samples of the suggested color to make sure it matched. Again, scope refused to order the samples, even though I offered to pay for them. I even told them I would find a way to come up with the deductible if that was the issue. Still very unresponsive. But finally get an email that says, “ Good morning sorry for the late response we are in the middle of many other claims as we speaking. The adjuster needs to either buy the siding samples or pay us to buy them they are not free. Them approving that elevation of siding is the only way for us to be able to do that. If they are not willing to do that there is not much we can do. We cannot afford to just pay deductibles for people if there is not extra money to work with. It is unfortunate that your insurance company is unwilling to do the right thing but they have left us with few options.” They then stopped responding all together. The bottom line is, they are trying to make money by doing something that is completely unethical and even illegal in some states. If they can’t find the “collateral” they need to make enough extra money, they go from being professional and helpful to being short, unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend such a dishonest company.

Cam Ward was amazing to work with. He stayed on top of everything to ensure the work on our house was complete. The roofers (Freddy) did an excellent job. The painters (Alex) did an excellent job. They all cleaned up after the jobs were completed.

Adam knocked on my door one day and told me he noticed damage from the previous storm we had. He asked if he could do a full inspection and if there was enough damage submit a claim to my insurance. I gave him permission to do so and he followed up every step of the way. He worked with the insurance and kept me informed as to what was going on. The day of installation they showed up on time and completed the job in one day. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did and how Adam handled everything.

I called because I thought my gutter was leaking. Chris came to inspect my roof and gutters. He discovered a whole different problem AND FIXED IT, without hesitation! He was informative, knowledgeable, great customer service, thorough. Highly recommend Chris

I found Scope and spoke with Brian after wind damage. He came to my home next day to check out my roof and gave me a reasonable quote for a repair. He was attentive and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will call him for any future work!

Came out within a week for a roof repair. Tech was quick and easy to speak to, as well as took initiative to fix a few more shingles no extra price. Great company will recommend again.

Jimmy Underwood and Scope are top notch. I had a bad experience with a roofing company and Jimmy assisted me with dealing with them. I was able to get out of dealing with that fraudulent company and had Scope install my roof. No hassle - no worries - extremely non stressful all the way. I can't say enough good things about them,besides I think Facebook has a character limit too.

My experience with Scope was a very pleasant one. Project manager Justin Mefford was the one i dealt with through this entire process. Mr. Mefford is very polite, knowledgeable and dedicated! When a date was set the crew showed up pretty early in the morning, they protect your personal property by moving things out of the way and covering with tarps. They completed my roof from start to finish in 6hrs. I am very pleased with scope and will most definitely contact them for more work in the future if needed.

We worked with Jimmy Underwood throughout the whole process and he was outstanding. There was constant communication from the start, with honest dialogue concerning the process, cost(s), and deliverables.

Scope replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts due to hail damage. Ryan Cleaveland was our point of contact and he did a great job walking us through the process. The work was done promptly and to our satisfaction.

The repairs I had on my roof and in my sons room was done very well. The workers was very polite and answered any questions I had during the process of my roof and my son room getting repaired. The work was completed in a timely matter. I liked the fact I could pick the color of my roof. Most companies only allow you to pick one color. Great work!

We used Scope Restoration for the first time a little over a year ago, to replace two roofs on our property. Quality! Quality! Quality! Pricing and performance was on point, so of course we called him to replace the fascia/soffit on the entire house...beautiful! Color matched and custom materials. The ceiling of our carport was replaced as well. It was done with better materials and skills than what was originally there. Restoration is the best description for the results you get from Scope Restoration. Brian communicates as if he isn’t busy running this seamless operation. I’m thinking of another project, so get your work scheduled before I do.

Scope Restoration Inc cannot be trusted. The minimum rating is one star and the company deserves far less. I contracted with Scope Restoration Inc to have my roof replaced. The salesman promised everything and failed to produce. They subcontracted with a company in my area and never came back. The work was fast and the final product shows this, including the complete roof sections they did not replace. Look for another company as all contractors I have mentioned the name Scope Restoration to have defined them as “Storm Chasers.” Look for a reputable company that has been in business for 20+ years. My insurance company has advised they will no longer do business with Scope Restoration Inc and neither should you.

We worked with Jimmy Underwood and found him to be very informative, professional and knowledgeable in all things related to roofing. He was very courteous and experienced in dealing with our insurance company alleviating the stress of it from us. had a amazing experience with these guys! wonderful customer service, great knowledge base, punctual & professional. would recommend to work with these guys anytime ! they came out and told me that I could get a entire new roof paid for by my insurance because I had one shingle blown off my house, I never knew my shingles were discontinued. not only did I get a whole new roof they upgraded me to a premium GAF architectural shingle from my current 3-tab!!! thanks to these guys I got my new 25,000 roof for only the cost of my Deductible, Amazing. thanks again

Excellent to interact with. My personal rep was Justin Mefford. He was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied. He made sure that we were always in touch and that I knew the next steps. The products delivered (a new roof, new gutters and siding repair) were of excellent quality and Justin came out numerous times to inspect the work and make sure I was happy with it. He also interacted with the insurance company and insurance adjuster on my behalf. Bottom line - I highly recommend - my experience was very positive.

We had a great experience with this company. Mr. Underwood did a fantastic job in handling our case with insurance for our roof and making sure the workers did their jobs right and in a timely manner. The job itself only took a day!
