HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My house had wind & hail damage and needed roof repair along with inside repair due to water damage. Scope Restoration came out immediately and inspected the damage.. They worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything for me relieving a lot of stress. The Representative, I worked with "Tom" is very professional, personable, friendly, and is there from the start of your job until it is completed. No matter what time it was day or night, whenever I would call/text with any questions/concerns that I had, I was sure to always get an answer every time. The owner Brian comes out Personally to oversee that the job is running smoothly and is meeting his high standards. Brian as well is very friendly, personable and will make sure that you are very satisfied with your completed job. I could not recommend a more reliable, professional company who works directly with your Insurance Company so you don't have too. My job consisted of a new roof, new skylights, repairs made due to water damage to ceilings/walls, and custom painted throughout my house. The completed job is BEAUTIFUL!

Scope Restoration completed work on our new roof, which had been damaged by a hailstorm. Jimmy Underwood was the representative that worked with us and he was fantastic. He inspected our roof for free, worked with our insurance company, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Once the work began, our roof was replaced in one day. The work was professionally done with high quality shingles. It looks great! Mr. Underwood inspected everything at the completion of the job and made sure our yard was clear of any stray nails and other debris. I would recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

They completed everything that was promised on time with excellent workmanship and cleanliness. Scope Restoration did a great job on my roof replacement and drywall repair. I worked with both Justin Mefford and Brian Bannon. They were both responsive to my many questions and explained the process in great detail. Even with my work being done over the holiday season, this did not hold up the process at all. The shingles were delivered in a timely manner, and the crew that did the roofing repair was phenomenal. They were on time, replaced my roof with quality service and products, and did a thorough clean up of my yard after the roof was replaced. The drywall repair was also a great experience. You cannot even see where the patch was completed! Justin came out multiple times and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the result. I had a great experience, and will highly recommend Scope Restoration in the future!

Scope Restoration was very helpful and professional. Justin coordinated with our insurance company to get our wind damaged roof replaced. Our new roof was installed in one day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with General Contractor Jimmy Underwood for a roof replacement, and he was amazing—timely, responsive, and honest. The whole process took about 5 days, from meeting Jimmy to our post-installation walk-through. He worked with our insurance provider from beginning to end, making the process more efficient and easier on us. And his crew was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Liam and team did an amazing job making this as seamless as possible to get a new roof for my home. They over delivered and did 90% of the work. Their service was top notch and quality can be seen on my new roof.

They had a large crew out at 6:30am to replace storm damaged, aging roof on both our home and detached garage. Both jobs were completed by 2pm and you would never know they had been here other than two great looking new roofs. Very pleased with my service. Easy to work with and very helpful navigating home owners insurance. Met directly with my adjuster to go over the damage and negotiating repair costs. Definitely recommend!

He was always responsive and so easy to work with, handling everything on the insurance side swiftly and professionally. Liam explained the roof replacement process and checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with the work. Dealing with Justin from Scope was super easy. He inspected my roof, noted some hail damage, and stood by as we called my insurance company together to start a claim.

He came out just a few days later to meet with the insurance adjuster.

FF a few weeks, and with paperwork out of the way and contracts signed, stuff went fast! I came home from work one day and supplies were on my roof. It rained the following day but the next day, the crew was here exactly when they said they would be. They worked hard all day! Entire roof was done in one day. They were a super polite crew. They asked about where they should park vehicles and I appreciated that. The mess was colossal yet when they left, my yard was cleaner than when they got here.

It has been a super smooth project and I'm glad I used Scope. I highly recommend them and if needed, will use them again with zero hesitation. Thank you guys for a fast professional job. I'm highly impressed.

I dealt with Dennis and Adam at Scope Restorations in August of 2022. It just could not have been a more pleasant experience. On time, performed as promised, high quality craftsmanship, handled all of the paperwork through our insurance company, and two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I was approached by Liam in my neighborhood and we discussed the damaged condition of my roof. After deciding to have Scope assist in processing my insurance claim, Liam was very attentive and explained every aspect of the job. Upon approval from my insurance company, everything went as he had explained. He walked me through the selection of materials and displayed a high level of professionalism. The job started and was completed as scheduled along with a group professionals that ensured task completion. I appreciate the job that was done and would recommend Scope to anyone needing a roof and telling them to ask for Liam, he'll give it to you straight and ensure it's done right.

After waiting 16 months for Andrea Bates to coordinate with my insurance company I’m having to start all over again with another company. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Ms. Bates left the company, didn’t tell me, and nobody at Scope followed up with her clients. After she failed to answer two emails, which was not unusual, I left a message going off on the company. The replacement rep was not any better. Also I highly recommend you AVOID STATE FARM for anything. Like a great neighbor, they’re not there.

Anthony and Scope Restoration are fantastic to work with. Scope was doing some work in our neighborhood after a bad hail storm, and Anthony came to our house to provide an extremely detailed and thorough review/assessment. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got as much as possible covered under our policy. Anthony is also excellent about keeping you updated with the status of the work. He was even able to find us the shingles we wanted that were low in supply! He’s an amazing person and I can’t recommend Scope enough.

We had significant damage to our home after a major storm and hail hit our area. From start to finish, Ryan Cleaveland at Scope Restoration did an outstanding job. He was thorough and professional in estimating the damage, worked closely with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, and managed the replacement of our roof, siding, gutters, and three windows seamlessly. Upon completion of the work, everything appeared to ok. Then in a storm, some of the shingles blow off. Called Scope Restoration to report this and have them come back out to fix/ replace the shingles. No answer to any of my calls. Now I have a leak coming from my roof. Again, I called and no answer and after leaving several messages , no response or call backs. I would not recommend this company (scope restoration) to anyone.
