    We had two upstairs rooms that were getting intermittent power. I called and spoke with Jim's wife who took my number down. Jim called me back within 5 minutes and listened to me explain the problem. He immediately thought it was a loose wire and shared that I could jiggle the outlets myself first, and then call back if that didn't work to save money. After trying to find the problem myself, I called Jim back and he came out within two hours at the end of his work day to look at it. Jim checked multiple outlets and found the one that was loose. He fixed the problem and was very affordable compared to some of the other companies I got quotes from. He was friendly and kind. Would definitely use them again!
