Another repair service ruined my Sub-Zero refrigerator by adding the wrong refrigerant. Seif explained the problem and solution in detail. Then completely rebuilt the unit with new parts - not a small task: cooling had slowly failed, guts were gunked up, and the whole unit was totally built-in with cabinetry top and both sides. One week later, it's still going strong. Professional, highly competent, straightforward, AND pleasant. Great combination! Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Very reliable! Our technician, Cal, arrived on time and diagnosed the isssue with my electric range within a few minutes all the while explaining to me how he determined the problem. Unfortunately, my repair required a part to be ordered, but Cal was able to get it quickly and setup a return for one week later; we schedule his return for the first call of the day and he arrived on time and had the repairs completed within the hour. Reasonable prices and very thorough. I highly recommend Vision Appliance repairs!

Seif was great diagnosing our problem with our Subzero freezer and went above and beyond to help fix it. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly ask for him if we have any other Subzero issues in the future.

We had 2 appliances, oven and dishwasher, quit working after a power surge. Our fix was a bit complicated and required multiple service visits. Scheduling was very quick once the parts were in, and they offered next day time slots. We appreciated that Cal and Raaf took time to explain the situation and that they protected our wood floor from scratches when moving the appliances.

The glass in my wolf oven broke. Sief came to evaluate the problem the same day and got the part ordered. He scheduled me for a day that was the most convenient for me. The glass in the oven door is now fixed. He is very professional and informative. He gave me tips on how to take care of the oven and make it perform better and last longer. I had a great experience with the company. Even though he lives out of state, I gave my father their number based on a recommendation. Frank was extremely helpful, providing detailed assistance over the phone to help repair his Frigidaire fridge. He was knowledgeable, and clear in his instructions, making the process much easier. It’s not often you find a company willing to go the extra mile like this. I appreciate the help and would recommend them to others because otherwise he would still be waiting for a response!

Very responsive customer service. One of the technicians seemed a bit rushed, but the others were thorough and took the time to properly diagnose the issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with the technical service. I called because my refrigerator, although it was making ice and turning the auger in the ice bin, was not dispensing ice when I pushed the glass against the panel.

The technician who arrived was a young person with very little apparent experience. After several failed attempts to move the fridge, he had to call someone else to explain — in a language I did not understand — the little he had managed to observe. The technician spoke very little English and apologized for it.

Despite this, he provided a diagnosis without performing a thorough inspection. After I had paid for the service visit, he gave me a repair estimate that was equivalent to half the cost of a brand-new refrigerator of the same brand and model. I was told the estimate would be sent via email so I could decide whether or not to authorize the repair.

I called the company to explain what had happened and to express my concerns, but the response was simply that “everything was fine.” I requested a breakdown of the estimate multiple times to understand the detailed repair costs, but I never received the email, despite asking repeatedly.
(The tech man hadn’t gloves, and not covered his shoes.)

Simon just repaired my washing machine. Vision does great work! Simon quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it as soon as the part came in. Very reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and prompt response every time.

I lost my wedding ring after mistakenly washing a pair of pants with the ring in the pocket. I hired Vision Appliance Repair to help me find it. They systematically checked all the exterior parts of the machine, including the gasket, seal, and filter. They ran a spin cycle to listen for noise. They could have charged me HUNDREDS of dollars to open up my machine with no guarantee of finding the ring. But they were honest. They encouraged me to wait for a few weeks, run a few loads, and check the filter again. I did, and they were right! We just found the ring in the filter. Honesty matters, especially when you're working with people you don't know. And Vision Appliance Repair is honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be using them again.

I can't say enough about Vision Appliance Repair. We have an old Wolf oven that essentially needed to be rebuilt, and the technician was always on time, always super professional, never tried to nickel and dime, and most importantly, always got the job done. 5+ stars, highly recommend.

The company's communications with the customer is excellent in informing expected time of arrival. Simon, our assigned tech, thoroughly explained his troubleshooting steps and what he found. He provided an estimate for the repair and a timeframe to return to do the repair due to having to order the replacement parts. Expect an update after the repair work has been completed. Service call fee paid will be applied towards the repair work.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received for my oven repair. The ignition switch had gone out, and Rich quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time.
