They replaced the drain pump on my 3 year old dishwasher for $300. 3 months later it was dead and needed to be replaced again. Since I was a week outside their 90 day window they told me I'm out of luck. Another $300 down the drain. Never using them again.

Raaf was fantastic! Was able to fix our washer/dryer IE code error and replace the faulty part within a couple of short weeks.

Seif was exceptional. He first understood what the issue was and then explained it to us and addressed it. He also gave us lots of tips on maintenance and ongoing use. Excellent service.

Could not be more impressed. Seif arrived within the first 20 mins of our repair window, and was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He even correctly predicted the problem - which was a toothpick caught in the drain(!) - and made sure everything was truly working properly before leaving. Seif is the most competent and experienced tech we have ever had in our home. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgable when it comes to getting SubZeros fixed!
Our Model 561, 1991 had a failed freezer compressor.
He replaced it with a new authentic SubZero compressor, installing it to factory specs with appropriate refrigerant.
He knows all things SubZero!

My experience with Vision Appliance Repair was outstanding in every way. I contacted Vision Appliance Repair after a terrible experience with another company that was unable to repair my dishwasher and left me in the lurch. An appointment was promptly scheduled the next day. The technician that came, Seif, arrived early within the appointment window and was extremely polite, professional and personable. In short order Seif diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and patiently walked me through the diagnosis, including video footage clearly evidencing the problem. Seif advised me that, while the dishwasher could be repaired, it was more cost effective to purchase a new dishwasher. Seif then assisted me with selecting and ordering a new dishwasher. Upon delivery of the new dishwasher, Seif returned to install it, which required him to expertly resolve a few obstacles. While my dishwasher ended up needing to be replaced, I appreciate Seif’s honesty in recommending a new dishwasher. I also appreciate that Seif took a personal interest in my problem and was committed to ensuring a successful outcome. Vision Appliance Repair will now be my go-to company for appliance repairs, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Seif was excellent! He arrived on time and was able to quickly identify the problem, which required him to find a part that needed replacing and required an additional technician to help. He was able to come back within a couple hours with Kavah (sp?) to do the repair. They did a great job!

Kal did a wonderful, professional job! He came with everything he needed including all the tools and materials and replaced the parts that needed replacement. Excellent job!!!

Thank You Raaf for your EXCELLENT work!!!!  Raafet - "Raaf" -  is an amazing technician who is extraordinarily competent, knowledgeable, very hardworking and brilliantly pleasant when he came to diagnose and repair my 25 year old Maytag washing machine that has worked beautifully until very recently, but now requires a very expensive repair.  I very much appreciate Raaf for his respect of old machines because they are very well made.  Raaf's phrase is "OLD IS GOLD".  I am also very impressed by Vision Appliance Repair for the super duper customer service, timely responsiveness to my call for help, and the excellent electronic tools that they use to do their work. I have total confidence that Raaf will be returning to repair "My Old Gold".

Our experience with was excellent. The technician, Seif, was prompt, professional, friendly, and experienced. He diagnosed the problem right away, ordered the parts necessary for repair, and returned to finish the job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his work and would request him again. The technician that came was extremely polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and why to diagnose the problem with our Bosch dishwasher. After almost 45 minutes and various tests, he determined that no repairs were needed. We just need to run the hot water in the kitchen sink before turning on the dishwasher. He explained that the core value at Vision was honesty, with the customer and between the technicians and owner. What a breath of fresh air!

What an amazing experience with Vision Appliance Repair! They are Subzero Certified and scheduling a repair appointment was quick and easy. Seif, our repairman, was friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained what the problem was with our refrigerator and came out on a Saturday with the new component to fix it. Seif diagnosed the problem with our under-warranty freezer and fixed it in 2 minutes. No charge to us. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely call on him for any future issues/repairs.

Terrible Experience - Needed technician to come out to investigate a dryer for a simple diagnosis issue. After being mucked round with multiple rearrangements on timing for visit they arrived with two people. He immediately told me something different in regards to the fee that I was being charged (from the call centre) another $90 for the second technician who he walked in with first of all told me he was just there for training. He spent 30 seconds looking at the dryer and told me I would need to get it down and out for them!!!! He then immediately walked out and told me "don't worry we are not going to charge you" He was very rude and literally all I had time to say was "bye" as they walked out the door. A few days later I had their call centre call me up again to follow up. I explained what had happened and I said I would not be using them again and said goodbye. I then got another voicemail saying they needed to collect their fee!!!!!!! Note this was the second time I had used them. The first time was to fix a dishwasher. They seemed to be more interested in just collecting the call out fee and telling me it was not worth fixing and seemed a bit annoyed I wanted to spend the money on actually fixing it..... So beware of these guys.

These guys were great! Arrived within the window they said they would. Worked efficiently. Didn’t try to upsell me.

I had a washer issue, told them it was a stacked unit (so they were prepared with two workers), explained the issue when making the appointment. They quickly made a diagnosis and fixed the problem.

Vision appliance repair is a great repair company, they came did a diagnostic on our dryer. Within a couple days they came with a new motor and clean our our dryer. Now it works great. I am really happy with it so far.
