I had such a great experience with L and Sons Appliance Repairs! Super helpful and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly, and got the job done way faster than I expected. You can tell he has a lot of experience and takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days, so I definitely appreciate it. I’d for sure call them again if I ever need something fixed!

Gave a 30-minute heads-up before his arrival. Incredibly nice, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. It would be very hard to find a better repairman than Mr Lee. Highly recommend.

The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. Our gas oven did not need any repair, it just had to burn off some foreign material fouling the flame sensor. Our technician talked us through the issue and informed us how to deal with the problem ourselves, if it comes up again.

Mr. Lee explained that the motor in my dryer was shot! He not only checked the dryer unit, he went outside to make sure that the vent was in good working condition. I greatly appreciate his honesty in letting me know that it would serve me best to replace the unit.

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with them. I booked a service appointment on a Friday for the next day Saturday between 2pm and 4pm. I get a call from someone called Geraldine at 1pm on Saturday an hour before the appointment time saying she is canceling the appointment because they don't have anyone. Very rude and unapologetic, didn't even offer to reschedule. Not many companies open or available on a Saturday, so now I'm in a major bind. I would give zero stars if I could!
