I spoke to Mr Lee about my broken dryer, but couldn't afford a service call. He took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem, suggested the part that needed replacing, and he was right! I replaced the door switch and was so relieved and thrilled to get back on track. I'll be referring to my friends Thank you Mr Lee!

My dishwasher stopped cleaning my dishes. I tried everything under the sun to fix it. Lee figured out the problem in the first ten minutes of looking at my dishwasher. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely use him again.

Really wanted to have a good experience given all of the positive reviews. Lee was kind but unable to resolve our washing machine issue. The low rating is due the amount of money we spent to have our machine even more broken by the time he left. When we called, the machine was able to run a load, just not draining or spinning fast enough. Lee diagnosed the issue but apparently incorrectly and when he installed the new part (that we paid $478 for), it now made a grinding noise and produced an error message within seconds, no longer able to even run a load. He charged for his time, even though the machine was even more broken, and only refunded $400 of the $478 for the incorrect part. We ended up having to purchase a new washing machine.

Outstanding service from Mr. Lee. He was professional, personable, reliable, and even went out to buy the needed part for same-day repair. He explained the issue with my washer-dryer unit, too. Reasonable pricing as well! Highly recommend!

Lee was amazing - showed up, diagnosed, explained, and repaired the thankfully minor issue with my washer in less than ten minutes. He then spent an additional 20 minutes doing an impromptu appliance review with me from range and HVAC to dishwasher and even toilet. Many customers mentioned that the technician thoroughly explained the issue and the repair process. I was more than pleased with the service I received. My technician came out same day, he was very friendly, professional & efficient, the repair cost was very reasonable, and since I have absolutely no knowledge of appliance repairs, I greatly appreciated my technician thoroughly explaining everything. He showed me the parts, explained their function, and explained the repair process. My freezer is operating perfectly now. I highly recommend L & Sons!

Absolutely fantastic! Same day service within 2 hours of me calling. Lee came incredibly quick within 30 minutes after I called describing my oven problem. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the igniter and had a replacement part with him in the truck. The install probably only took another 20 minutes if that and the problem was solved. My only hesitancy about calling again would be that I think the pricing was highly inflated. I understand there will be some markup and charge for consultation/labor but I would prefer more transparency.

Mr Lee was efficient and had excellent communication when our dryer started making loud noises. We were scared to use it!

L and Son Appliance Repairs LLC is a rip off that take advantage of women. I contacted them on November 27, 2023 and they responded promptly. He inspected my refrigerator and informed me of the issue. He left, purchased the part, returned and installed it. I contacted him the next day, because the issue was not resolved. I contacted him again on Wednesday and he came out again, and informed me that I needed two additional parts for the refrigerator and also charged me another service fee. I informed him that I should not have to pay another service fee because I was having the same problem therefore he did not accurately diagnosis the issue on his initial service call. He told me that because he had to come.back out he was charging me for another service charge. He did not provide any receipts for the parts that he purchased, nor did he provide any receipts for the service provided, even after I requested them. While he was there, I asked him to inspect my dishwasher as well, because it wasn't working. He informed me that the motor wasn't working on the dishwasher and needed to be replaced. To repair my refrigerator and dishwasher, he charged me a total of $975.00. I have no idea what I paid for because I didn't receive any invoices or receipts. I hope no one ever use their services again, because they are a rip off. When I addressed my concerns with the owner, he became very disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give them no stars, I would, but it doesn't allow you to post without at least one star.

Lee was wonderful when he came to check out our washer problem. Once we called him he was able to come the next day at a convenient time for us. He was able to figure out the issue in a very timely manner and repair it in that same session. We also had him look at a refrigerator issue which he was able to diagnose in no time, and suggest the best method to fix it, for this case would be a plumber as it was a water pipe problem. All in all Lee was in and out in less than an hour, had reasonable rates, and is a wonderful person we would welcome in our home again.
