Excellent specialist in SubZero repairs, whose work we know from his Factor Appliance company. Prompt, pleasant, efficient and effective; he's extended the life of our aging SubZero several times with very reasonably priced repairs. Couldn't be better.

Excellent, personalized service. When we had a problem with our Sub-Zero, we got an immediate call back and we set an appointment that was not too far out. The owner of the business came to our house and did the repair work. He was friendly, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Had such an impressive experience with this company that I felt compelled to write a review. I sent an urgent request for service for my non-working refrigerator at 10pm last night. I received a phone call at 8am this morning from the owner, Adrian, who was in my area and could be onsite by 9:30am. Adrian arrived on-time, and after 15 minutes, I had a diagnosis and an estimate. By 10:30am my frig was working again. I wish every company had this firm's commitment to fast, diligent, and customer-focused experience. Adrian even discounted the charge he had estimated because he was able to get it done faster than he expected. Seriously? Highly recommend!!

I called to get a new gasket on my 16-year-old subzero. But when Adrian came, it was clear we also had a broken evaporator (ice on the back wall), and I already knew we had a broken ice maker. He priced out what it would cost for the work and advised me not to replace the gasket if I thought I was going to buy a new unit -- and didn't charge me, even thought he had ordered the part. After I weekend of shopping, I called back and got the repairs. He did an excellent job -- and leveled the fridge, too, so the door would close better. His advice was solid, his estimates were what he charged and he was exactly on time. I highly recommend him and his new company, which only does subzeros.

Adrian at Centric is fantastic. Arrived right on time in really bad weather, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Returned a few days later and did the installation. Adrian excels at articulating the problem (in my case, a leaking cooling coil at the back of a fridge) and then walking through the options. Feel pretty lucky to have found Centric in a DC where skilled tech service is sometimes hard to locate.

I called Centric subzero repair and they came next day. They called earlier to tell the time frame. Adrian is very experienced, determined the problem quickly. The part for my sub zero is discontinued and he used alternative way to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company.

We have a twenty year old sub zero that needed a fairly substantial repair, which Adrian agreed to do for us. He came by and very honestly told me that the cost of the repair didn’t make economic sense given the lifespan of the fridge and that he could make a more simple and cheaper fix to keep it running for a few years. We really appreciated this after already agreeing to pay him for the big repair. Next time our sub zero fails, and I’m sure there will be a next time, we will most definitely be calling Adrian.

We have an aging Sub-Zero that has been fantastic. Last year the ice maker quit. Adrian, then at Factor Appliance repaired it well. Unfortunately, this year, it stopped again. Adrian returned. It was a defective unit, and he replaced it (out of warranty) at a greatly reduced price.

Our 25 year old SubZero had a leak. Adrian fixed our SubZero with a new ice maker pump. He was knowledgeable, responsive and fair. Subsequently, we noticed more leakage. Adrian returned to find a mouse had chewed through the plastic tubing underneath the unit, He replaced the tubing--and wouldn't charge us!!! Excellent service..

Fabulous experience! Which one seldom uses with repair people- Adrian was responsive, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it and a nagging other issue that we thought was unsolvable. I cannot recommend him more highly! Thank you and while I hope we won't need to, I won't hesitate to call him the minute I may need to!
