BUYER BEWARE. We need our Viking oven repaired. They overcharged us for the parts. Then they installed after-market parts that were substandard. These parts failed within a couple of months of the repair being done (under warranty). And we were unable to even reach them about this…much less get the repairs or refund we were owed.

I was so nervous due to my Thermador wall oven issues, which was already a burden to me for four days already. Thankfully, your technician came and immediately addressed my problem in a quick and very efficient manner. All in all, I was so satisfied and impressed. .

Where do I begging?

First, this contractor missed an appointment in where they asked for a 5 hour window on a Saturday, but did not have the certify to call and cancel or explain why they did not show.

Then after confronting them about it, they said they are sorry, then called back and said the repair-man will be there in 30 minutes; 30 minutes after the initial 5 hour window.

Contractor shows up reeking of armpits and says "Oh, so sorry. The part the manufacturer sent was a 3 valve in stead of the 4 valve you need..."

So after he left I decided I was not interested in his services anymore and cancels the follow up appointment. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for my $150 down payment for the part.

My 2 cents: Don't pay in advance. And don't expect your money back if you do.

I was charged over $300 for a dishwasher "repair" that was totally ineffective. When I called to complain, was told that I would be charged $150 for a return visit. It took six phone calls to even get a call back from the tech. And my attempts to contact an owner/manager have been totally fruitless.

This firm is incompetent and has no customer service ethic whatsoever. I would never use them again.

Don't choose thier service!!! 🤢🤢They only charged me for exorbitant repaired fee but didn't repair even a small problem. Plus their extremely nonchalant attitude make me to say they are undoubtedly the worst services I have met!

i guess the repair was done correctly but price was outrageous. I was fooled by all their coupons. $50 off, 15% senior discount.
They charge $175 for a fifteen minute belt replacement on a basic electric dryer

Sorry to report but I had an awful experience with All American Appliance Repair recently. I have used them in the past with no issues until now. Musa the service tech was supposed to replace my ice maker and clean the coils of the freezer. According to my tenants the ice maker was never replaced; the old unit was still in place and the coil cleaning did not resolve the temperature issue. When I called to advise the service team that the service was not completed as promised, they were very nonchalant, unapologetic and in no hurry to immediately rectify the issue. I would not recommend All American going forward; extremely disappointing and untrustworthy.

I strongly wish I can give them a zero star! Repaired my fridge, but the same issue happened again in the third month. I paid $558 for the repairing! Called them, just says warranty expired for 60 days but they don't care about their brand and reputation. First time come to give a star review, avoid this company, find other good one!

Adrian was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Very happy with the work he did on our Sub Zero refrigerator. Strongly recommend.

My old Subzero freezer was dying. After several expensive repairs, I was about to give it up and buy a new one, when I found this company. Now, it works like new. The technician arrived on time, had replacement parts in the van, no need to order. Nice person, good price, good job. Very satisfied. My wife is happy too.

Just tried them for the first time. My subzero is 25 years old and my house was practically built around it, so I need to keep it going. Adrian was easy to find, punctual and knew his stuff. I was very pleased and will have him check it annually, hopefully for many more years!

Adrian responded to my web email promptly, arrived on time, confirmed the problem, gave us two options and then immediately implemented the option we chose. He was efficient, clean, and courteous. Wish he worked on other appliances!!!
