Adrian was nothing short of amazing! He answered the phone quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem OVER THE PHONE and gave me an estimate, arrived the following day on time, educated me on the issues while he worked, finished quickly, kept the work area clean, and charged me exactly what he estimated (which was significantly less than competitors' estimates, particularly those who misdiagnosed the problem) when we spoke on the phone. I highly recommend Centric Sub-Zero Repair!

There is no doubt that Adrian is 'The Man' when it comes to Sub-zero servicing. He has bailed us out twice, once a major surgery and once on a lesser issue and exceeded our expectations both times. As a technician, he is unsurpassed. And if you add that he is also engaging, honest and a true professional, you begin to see what a gem he is. The cherry on top are his rates, which are astoundingly reasonable. Definitely the man to call on Sub-zeros.

It is easy for me to understand all the 5 star ratings Adrian and Centric received. Adrian quickly diagnosed the problem with my 32 year old Sub Zero. He was pleasant, reasonably priced and even called me to see if I was having any problems. I would recommend Adrian to anyone who asked.

I could not recommend this company and Adrian more highly. We have a 26 year old sub zero and the freezer wasn't cooling adequately. Adrian arrived exactly at the appointed hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly, perfectly - and economically - completed the repair. My only regret is that I did not stumble upon Adrian and his company earlier, because in the past I have paid more money for less quality work. I will go nowhere else for whatever remains in my refrigerator's life!

Adrian was fantastic! I had scheduled him to do a $1500 rebuild of my SubZero wine cooler, but after he opened it up, he didn't think a rebuild was necessary. He recharged it with coolant and charged me only $145 for several hours of work. I can not rave too much about his competence and his integrity.

I have a 28 year old SubZero 561 model. About a week ago, I noticed that the refrigerator section wasn't cooling properly and the momentary vacuum after you closed the door was missing. I called Adrian to set an appointment the following week. He came over on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed it no time. He's excellent and I would recommend him to anyone with a SZ problem without reservation.

Adrian at Centric is the SubZero repairman you've been looking for. Fast, fair, efficient, knowledgable and very easy to deal with. My ice maker was not working. Adrian diagnosed it - tried a less expensive remedy first, rather than replacement. When that didn't work, he was right back to replace the unit at a fair price, and made a few other tweaks to my 18 year old unit to keep it running at its best.

We thought we had a door seal problem and were prepared to spend $$ to replace the gaskets but Adrian took one look and figured out we had a bearing problem that some simple maintenance could fix. And he was absolutely correct. The ice maker repair, the main reason we called, was quickly completed and has worked flawless since he repaired it in January 2018.

We cannot recommend Adrian and Centric Sub-Zero repair more highly.

I wish all repair services work like Adrian. He is not only honest and very responsive, but also takes care of your appliances as if they were his own. Adrian goes the extra mile to find a solution. I had experiences with other technicians in the past and you are always doubting about their work but fortunately, this is not the case with Centric Subzero Repair. Also, fees are very reasonable. First time I have ever written a review but the service I received from Adrian was so outstanding I had to write. Adrian got back to me quickly, set up an appointment (built around my work schedule) and was prompt. Diagnosed the problem on my 20 year old sub zero, ordered the part and was back quickly to do the repair. Upfront about the charges which were modest, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I recommend him highly!

Adrian at Centric Sub-Zero Repair is simply the best! We found him years ago when looking for someone to repair our aging Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. He's extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Sub-Zeros, always on time, and a great communicator. He's also a genuinely nice person. We can't recommend him highly enough!!

I don't write a lot of reviews but I feel that this one is necessary. First, if you have a sub-zero and are looking for service, stop looking and call Centric.

Second, the communication and customer service was impeccable.

Third, He took the time to actually fix the problem. It took some discussion but he figured out the root cause and fixed my SubZero.

Finally, I can't recommend them enough. The are fair and reasonable and really care about the job.

Amazing! This was the second time I've needed to call about our SubZero. The first time, Adrian diagnosed the issue over the phone and he was right. We had a quick turnaround appointment for an extremely good price. Then, over this past weekend I sent an email to him about another issue. Before I even woke up on Monday (!) he had called and left a voice mail with an idea on how to troubleshoot it. It worked! I am stunned and so pleased. I recommend Adrian wholeheartedly...not only is he an expert on SubZeros but the way he runs his business should be a model for everyone else. Just wow.

Adrian is absolutely top-notch and the best in the business. For the last 5 years, he's been taking care of our 15-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator, and we feel fortunate to have him here in the DC area. Between the regular maintenance and those unexpected calls, Adrian delivers quick, effective, and personable service every time.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the initial phone call to the service provided by Adrian. Our phone call was returned immediately, service was scheduled for the following day between 1:30 and 2:00. Adrian showed up on time and was wonderful. He took the time to explain what the problem could be and how he would go about testing and servicing our 22 year old Subzero. He found the issue and had everything he needed to repair the refrigerator without having to come back. You can tell he loves what he does. An absolute pleasure to have working in your home.

I have twice called Centric Subzero Repair for problems with my twenty-year old Subzero 600 series. On both occasions Adrian told me a reasonably handy person could fix the issue and he talked me through a successful repair. I was impressed that Adrian knows Subzero equipment so well he was able to diagnose the problems over the phone.
