Lee is one of the most kind and experienced technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with. It took him all but 30 minutes to fix my washer-dryer unit. Great service!!!

Responded next business day and came out the day after that. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and provided a reasonable quote shortly after. Came back the next day and replaced the washing machine pump in roughly 30 minutes. Great overall experience.

I was in need of repair for three appliances. Lee arrived timely for the appointment and even called when he was on his way. When he arrived he was efficient at assessing the problems with the appliances. He was very helpful in communicating what was wrong with them, things I could do to prevent them in the future and in a short time he had repaired two of them and informed me the other one would need to be replaced. I would definitely use this repair service again.

Mr. Lee was punctual, knowledgeable and comfortable in addressing my concerns. He offered suggestions on steps to take to get the best performance for my appliance. Rate was reasonable, he's very professional and would recommend him highly to anyone with an appliance issue, especially gas appliances.

When I called L and Sons about my dryer they offered me a next day appointment. Mr.Lee came out and serviced my dryer. He was very helpful and friendly. He arrived within the window provided and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival- which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he informed me that the dryer needed a replacement part. He picked up the part and installed it the same day! I am super satisfied with this experience and will be relying on L and Sons for future appliance repairs.

Mr. Lee was great. He showed me the issue with the dishwasher and answered my questions. He was honest and upfront about the state of my appliance and the best economical steps moving forward. Will definitely call him again if/when another appliance breaks.

Refrigerator went on the blink - freezer worked but the bottom did t cool. Mr Lee came in earlier then scheduled, which was good for me, and he knew the problem right away, repaired it and was out in less than an hour; plus gave me some good information when I’m ready to buy a new refrigerator. I would recommend him. 👍🏾

Overall these guys got the job done however they were not very transparent on the cost. Since that’s the case I’ll share here. It’s $95 just to do an assessment and $175/hr so minimum you’ll pay is $270. Since there was no official invoice until I requested one who knows if this rate is even legitimate. If possible go with a handyman. This is coming straight from the owner.
