Returned my call quickly, made an appointment for the next Monday, was on time, diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds and was out with the necessary part 3 days later. Fast, fair, friendly, he's exactly what you need for your Sub Zero fridge. My 25 year old Sub Zero is still going strong!

Adrian is the ultimate professional! He was very responsive and figured out the problem quickly. He planned ahead and had the replacement parts ready before he arrived. He had our refrigerator/freezer back up in minutes! Definitely recommend his services!

Adrian is the best repair technician that I have come across. He has great communication and he is both fair and honest. He even encouraged me to make the repair myself but I wanted to go with a pro and have it done correctly. His prices are more than reasonable and he isn’t marking up the parts much. I can’t say enough good things about him and his company.

Waste of time, wants to change for all information

Paid $796 to repair my dish washer and fridge , but the fridge is still not working after multiple visits. I give then 0 stars.

I give this place 0 stars. They wanted a visa to "hold" an appointment. Then they did not show up during the 8-10am window they gave me and did not call. But guess what, there was still a "pending" charge on my visa. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The team was respectful of my home and left no mess behind. My dishwasher is working perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Beware of these ratings! I have not actually used this service but I did some poking around. Not only does this company only have 5 star reviews, but everyone who rated them five stars has only given 5 star reviews to other companies. These are probably NOT REAL REVIEWS!

The guy who came was not only evasive when I asked questions about my washer repair, he did not fix it! He wouldn't come back, even though he was 10 minutes away, because he had to go to his next service call. Scheduled to come back 3 hours later, at 9 pm. Not happy with this service AT ALL!!!!!

Outstanding appliance repair service! They fixed my microwave, and the price was reasonable. The technician was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I'll definitely call them again if I have any more issues!!!

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot last year almost a year ago the refrigerator started making noises so I tried to call and get some repair services waited on the phone for over 2 hrs before frustrated and hung up it’s obvious that the services needed wasn’t of any concern to the company so it looks like I’m going to have to try somewhere else to get the repairs needed brought from Home Depot order#WJ70115896 November 22, 2024 this is the find of service you get from Maytag and Home Depot as a consumer purchase wisely.

Will never buy Maytag ever again, I would give 0 stars if possible, I bought a brand new 1000 dollar dishwasher that was installed and it didn’t work due to interface communication fault, contacted Maytag several diff times to schedule a service appt with A1 appliances repair, each time I was given a reference number and told to call A1 to get on the cancellation list to possibly get a sooner appt. Every time I was given a reference number A1 could not pull up anything in their system, was given the wrong number 7 diff times, called back the 8th time and asked for a supervisor and was told it would be up to 4 hrs for the call back, I left the number which the rep read back to me to confirm and after a cpl hrs William the supervisor of course called my wife’s number and not mine. Was so disgusted I called Lowe’s and told them come get it out of my house and I went to Highway Appliance and bought a new one. Complete disaster dealing with Lowe’s, Maytag and A1…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I’ve been waiting on a working refrigerator for nine months (a story for another day) so when our brand new refrigerator was delivered to us, we were eager to be back up and running. However, the company that delivered it to us refused to install it (we had paid for that, but that’s also another story for another day) and left it on our front porch, in the elements and all.

I called several local businesses to see whether they’d be able to help with an install, and everyone told me “no” except Lee. He eagerly assisted and had my refrigerator in our house, installed, and in working order within an hour.

I cannot say enough good things about Lee and his team. They were professional, kind, hard working, and helped me out during what had been one of our hardest stretches of home ownership.

I’m so happy with the services that Mr. Lee provided to me. He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Lee explained the issue to me in a way I could easily understand and came back the next day with the replacement part. I will certainly call Mr. Lee again with any appliance issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!
