Kal did a fantastic job today with my refrigerator review. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through all of the aspects of the unit. I didnt most of the information that he reviewed with me. He discussed the various features of the ice maker, the potential problems that can arise, the units lights, the information panel, and a thorough review of how the unit should function. He also addressed the maintenance schedules to review and how best to clean the unit. He got on a ladder and carefully cleaned the condenser and reviewed with me how best to do this myself throughout the year. We discussed potential problems that can arise from the water, to the ice maker, to the lights in the freezer, just to mention a few. Kal is a specialist and a great reflection on Sub Zero.
I will ultiize his services in the future and i feel confident my decision to go with Sub Zero.

My Sub-Zero freezer condenser went out, so I called Vision Appliance Repair and Kal came out the very next day. He installed a temporary part to get it running and then came back on Saturday with the correct OEM replacement and fixed it perfectly.

While he was here, Kal also repaired the broiler on my Wolf range. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout.

If you have Sub-Zero or Wolf appliances, I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
