We had the CrawlSpace Brothers encapsulate our crawl space. They were professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The scope of our job was small and other companies refused to come out and review the job, but the Crawl Space Brothers were happy to consider the work and made excellent recommendations for what needed to be done. The work was done in just a few hours and the crawl space looks great. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Really enjoyed my experience working with this company. We called after we were alerted about some water in our crawl space. Lane laid out all our options to us and they were all for fair prices and really transparent about how they priced things. They have now sealed up the space and installed a sump pump. The team was highly professional, from the office, to Lane, to Troy who came out on the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone needing work done in their crawl space.

I can’t say enough good things about Crawl Space Brothers. Brian - who is the regional manager - has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my elderly parents get a fair and reasonable price to encapsulate their crawl space and has even stopped by to service their dehumidifier and check on things when asked. His care and concern really go above and beyond expectation and I highly recommend them for being ethical, honest, professional and efficient.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience so far with the company . as someone that works in the customer service industry dealing with customers everyday, i know what is the expectation and they did nothing but the opposite. I called them a week ago to try and schedule an estimate since i was having water problems under my crawl space. Initially they told me they would call me back to schedule a date and they never did. I called again to try and see if i can get something scheduled since i am concerned about my crawl space and would like to do buisness with them. After the second attempt i was able to schedule a date for there technician to come and give me an estimate. They told me that i was able to schedule me between 5-7pm but the day came and there technician said they don’t schedule times between 5-7pm only 3-5pm. That threw me off since they initially said something different and i wanted to be there but now they were being contradictive. Well since i needed an estimate quickly, so i can get the ball rolling , i told him to just head to my house and do what he has to do to get me an estimate. He spent 10 mins in and out and told me he would call me and send me an estimate to explain options and different routes we can go about the encapsulation. He ended up never sending me or calling just texting me he would call me a different day. We set a date and time to talk about the estimate and to actually send me the estimate.The technician never even called or texted me to tell me about the estimate. I waited for his call or text since i understand we all have lives outside of work, But a courtesy text or call would have been nice to atleast let me know that my situation wasn’t forgotten and they were working on it. He unfortunately never reached out so i called to ask about the estimate and to see if i can get a different tech i since this is a serious matter to me and my house. Clearly there was no sense of urgency in the company, which frustrates me because that exactly how all big companies act. I was really looking forward to giving them my buisness based off there google reviews since there work seem to be quality work. They’re dispatch told me they would have someone reach out to me but like last time i do not trust that since i didn’t even get a call the first time. I do not recommend this company to anyone that actually has issues that need to be fixed at a timely manner. I understand things can get busy but that’s why customer service and satisfaction should be practiced to be able to communicate properly between customer and company so no confusion or misunderstanding happens. very disappointing.

The process was awesome from start to finish! The Crawl Space Brothers was my third and best option for getting this project completed. The kicker, they suggested an improvement others didn’t mention that was necessary to the success of what I was trying to achieve.
I will probably display their signage in my yard as a job well done!

After finding my gear with wet-nasty smell I had to get Crawlspace Brothers, very knowledgeable, gave me options and were quick to start the job. Got my crawlspace encapsulated and added the dehumidifier, the difference is immediate, got the thickest tarp available since I need the storage space in this small 1950s home. Thank you guys.

After getting several quotes, we went with CrawlSpace Brothers. We are very happy with their work (a couple of photos attached). Now our crawlspace is clean, dry and warm. Oliver Vasquez and his crew are great. They filled up several contractor trash bags with refuse that had accumulated over decades. Laid down a thick vapor barrier and sealed it against the sides. Applied anti-mildew spray. Plugged holes and entry points. They also installed a dehumidifier and a remote temperature and humidity reader. The whole job took only 1.5 days.

Recently purchased a 100+ year old row house which had accumulated lots of junk and wood debris over the years in the very tight crawl space, and we needed to get it cleaned out and properly sealed with a vapor barrier. Lane provided an in-person quote and it was reasonable, so Patrick and his team soon came out and did a fantastic job!

Crawlspace Brothers provided truly excellent service. They recommended several options based on my budget and gave me realistic advice on which options would make a difference in my home. All of the employees were mannerly and knowledgeable, even the lady that called to schedule my appointment. They split my job as I requested to maximize tax benefits. They called when they were on their way, arrived early AND finished the job early. I felt informed through the entire process. I also received instructions on how to use my warranty if needed and about 20 pictures of the work for my records. I think I can already feel the difference in my home, but I’m waiting a few days to rate that as the temperature has warmed up temporarily. I will happily recommend Crawlspace Brothers to all my friends and neighbors.

Update: I did not imagine it! My furnace is working much more efficiently and there was a noticeable difference the first night. The temperature in my crawlspace is the same as the temperature in my home. They installed a dehumidifier that gives me temperature and humidity readings. My floors aren’t cold anymore and the entire house is heated evenly. No more cold room here, hot room there, or cold floors/feet. My attic isn’t blazing hot compared to downstairs. And I think I can actually lower the temperature on the whole system. Thanks Crawlspace Brothers!

Oliver Vasquez and his crew did an excellent job of improving our crawlspace. They installed a sump pump, dehumidifier, foam insulation, and fully encapsulated the space. They removed years of accumulated debris, installed new illumination, consulted with me on various alternatives, and were sensitive to my requests. They worked efficiently, cheerfully, educated me, and cleaned up after themselves. The crawlspace looks great and the humidity is hovering around our targeted 55%. Crawl Space Brothers did a great job fully encapsulating our crawl space. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. Prior to the work, we had water intrusion, causing dampness and a moldy odor that you could smell on the main level of our home after a hard rain. Since the encapsulation, we no longer have that problem. We should have called CSB years ago!

Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated my crawl space several years ago (including installing a french drain, sump pump etc.). They did good work initially and have been readily available to address maintenance issues that have arisen since then.
