I don't know anyone personally from this company! But I do know this, they built Victory Square Senior Apartments in Parkside, N.E. D.C. and they made a hell of a mess with this building! They did a HORRIBLE job INSIDE and OUTSIDE on the building! The problems are so vast in every aspect of construction I can't list them here, but you can see them on my YouTube channel at "gyoung718" or you can also Google "Victory Square Senior Apartments"! Highlights - Water Intrusion, Mold, Leaking Windows, Air Intrusion, Bug Infestation, cracked ceilings and floors, Contaminated building materials, shoddy electrical work, shoddy plumbing work, buckling carpet, high humidity year round and the list goes on and on!
There have been a lot of deaths here as well. I wonder Why?
The decision is yours if you want to live in these conditions after working 20, 25, or 30 years!

We had tried three different roofing companies to fix a leak in our EPDM flat roof, but all attempts failed. I have a small rowhouse in DC and needed my flat roof replaced. I called several roofers, but no one wanted to deal with the solar panels I have installed on the roof. GoTech Roofing came out and removed the panels and installed the new flat roof the next day. They then reinstalled my panels. They were fast, communicated throughout the entire project, and cleaned up my entire yard. Great roofing contractor to work with!

I was in the process of purchasing a townhouse and my home inspector informed me that he couldn't access the flat roof and advised me to call a professional roofer. The real estate agent claimed the flat roof was replaced 4 years ago. I contacted GoTech Roofing, as their website mentioned they have certified inspectors. After inspecting the roof, they informed me it was in poor condition, leaking, and needed to be replaced. GoTech informed me that it hadn't been replaced, but only covered with acrylic roof paint to make it appear new. With this information, I was able to confront the owners and receive a credit for a new roof at closing. GoTech recently completed the installation and the new flat roof looks fantastic! I had GoTech Roofing come out for a flat roof inspection and recommendations for my 2 old roofs. They gave me 2 options, either full flat roof replacement or silicone roof coating. The silicone roof coating was about half the price of the full replacement. So, I went with that option. My 2 commercial flat roofs came out amazing. It has been a few months since they finished, and I haven’t had any leaks. Fast and great communication. I would highly recommend them.

Working with German was one of the easiest building experiences I’ve had! They finished a master bathroom for me with a tiled floor and soaking tub. I have done a lot of renovation projects, so I was able to plan the space and choose the major fixtures on my own. German gave good feedback and we coordinated timing for delivery so that once the work started, the timeline was very efficient and very pleasant. German and his coworkers were lovely to have in our home! They were impeccably clean and tidy and just friendly, good people. One or two small things needed to be altered, and they took care of this quickly and with no fuss. German foresaw some complications I had not thought about and we discussed workarounds. I ended up with a finished project that was even better than I expected. My family and I love our new bathroom!
