A couple of years ago we had Crawlspace Brothers encapsulate our 1930s home. We are very happy with their ongoing services and maintenance.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Oliver, Freddie, and the rest of the team are top notch professionals and did an amazing job. I had some issues in my crawl space and they encapsulated it and put in a dehumidification system. They showed up on time, were great communicators -answering all of my questions, sending before and after pictures each day, and sticking to the exact schedule they proposed. It’s rare these days to find contractors who don’t try to take advantage of you or push add ons working on fear tactics, but Crawl Space Brothers proved to be different than the rest. From my first interaction with Terrell to phone communication with Nancy, and working with Oliver, Freddie, and the team in person, they proved to be honest, reliable, and got the job done at the highest standard. I give them my absolute highest recommendation.

Before and after below. It was like night and day. Completed the job in 1 day’s time. Price was thousands less than competitors. Terrell, Oliver and team were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this company. I reached out to the project manager, Oliver, via email multiple times, but the only response I received was an invoice. Their electrician subcontractor was sloppy—while cutting drywall was necessary, they simply placed the drywall back without securing it properly. If it didn’t stay in place by gravity, they used painter’s tape instead. They didn’t even bother to spackle it.

When I agreed to the work, I was told it would take one day the following week. However, the day before the scheduled work, I was informed that the subcontractor electricians were booked and would need to come on a different day—forcing me to take another vacation day.

Even more frustrating, the dehumidifier installation took just two hours, while the electricians took three hours to complete their subpar work. If you’re willing to pay medical doctor rates for low-quality service, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

I’m a project manager for a general contractor and we hired Crawl Space Brothers on a project of ours. We started a whole house renovation and found a small crawl space that was difficult to enter that had some issues. Mouse droppings, torn insulation, musty odors, etc. Crawl Space Brothers gave us a quote for encapsulation. It was more than fairly priced for the level of work.

Oliver and his crew arrived on time and promptly finished the work when they said they would. They were great to deal with. My job is a lot easier when we have good subs.

Happy to report that the space no longer has odors, the temperature is much improved, and it looks so clean. I’m looking forward to sub contracting this crew for our future projects.

After spending 9 grand with crawlspace brothers. My crawlspace still had cold air coming through and creating cold floors. They told me Insulation was not needed. So they removed it. But instead of telling us that we had plenty of air still coming through into the house. They decided not to mention anything to me. I had to find out the hard way with my hardwood floors above me to be extremely cold. I was told I would get a call after my last review and nothing.

Overall, a good experience! The crew for the service call took care of the excess water in my crawlspace, resecured a drain line, and added new floor lining to the affected section. Oliver, the manager, explained the work and pricing once the crew lead inspected the problem. There was a small mix-up with scheduling — I wasn’t totally sure if Oliver or the crew was coming out and the timing got a little confusing — but once they were here, everything went smoothly. The work looks great and I’m happy with the results. Would recommend them!

Oliver and his crew did an amazing job! My house was built in 1970 and had over 50 years of cobwebs, lint, and dirt in the crawl space. The team thoroughly cleaned the space and did an excellent job of encapsulating the floor and walls. My humidifier works great and I love the small, portable monitor that I placed on my kitchen counter. Oliver taught me how to read the monitor and gave me his number to call should the humidity levels move out of range. I noticed immediately after installation that there is less dust and spiders, and more importantly, no critters in my house. One last thing, they did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done . I highly recommend them!

Be careful with the sales team's "Manager Specials." We were told a $9,700 quote was the exact same work as a previous $18,600 estimate. Now that it's cold, we realized the sales rep, Ashley, removed the closed-cell spray foam insulation from the order without telling us. The old insulation was removed but not replaced with a thermal barrier. Now the first floor is freezing. It is a shame, the sales office was not transparent.
We need the crawlspace insulated under the price we paid, since that was the agreement on the phone.

We scheduled this company for mold removal and ventilation cleaning. The mold remediation services addressed the issue, and mold cleaning made a noticeable difference. Ryan handled dryer vent inspection, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. The service met expectations but felt fairly routine.

They handled mold in our attic thoroughly. The mold cleaning covered the entire area. In the middle of the job, Connor Blake explained moisture control. They also performed dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent cleaning.
