I have a longer than average duct run in my house and I had a feeling the booster fan was involved when my dryer performance started getting noticeably worse over a few months. I wanted someone who actually understood more complex setups and Perfect Dryer did not disappoint. The technician identified the jammed booster fan almost immediately and performed a thorough dryer duct cleaning throughout the entire length of the system. He explained everything in plain terms without talking down to me, which I really appreciated. The difference in performance after was immediate and obvious. These are the kind of people you want working on something that is not a straightforward job.

They were very prompt with emailing/calls and were very accommodating to our move-out date and time. The crew had a very timely arrival and brought their own supplies. I am deeply disappointed in this service, I would not recommend them for a deep clean. I called and asked what their pricing was for a deep clean of 1 full bathroom. They said the minimum was $120 and told me it would take about 1 hour or a bit less. Although pricey, I had no qualms about paying that.... 2 ladies came to clean and were out of my house in 35 minutes.

There is definitely some built up mold in the caulking that won't come out, I understand, I am not talking about that. I spent an extra 30 minutes of my time cleaning my bathroom with some pretty basic things. They didn't dust the lights. There was still stains and small spots of gunk on the walls that just needed a simple twice-over wipe. There was areas in the grout in the shower tiles I had to wipe again. My soap holders had some brown/orange gunk on them, I asked if they cleaned it and they said yes so I assumed it wouldn't come off (I didn't have time for a full inspection). But then I thought I would try....I wiped those with cleaning paste and a toothbrush, the gunk came right off.

I think they did a basic wipe down but even then it wasn't great. Let alone this service was not worth $120.

As you can see by their response, their attitude is really aggressive and rude and definitely not geared towards good customer service. I honestly don't want their free/discounted cleaning after this entire exchange.

Isa’s Cleaning always does a great job on our home. We have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house and two pets, and everything is spotless. We have used them for both regular and deep cleaning, and the quality is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!
