PABLO was incredible! He was timely, friendly, and professional. Not only that, he went above and beyond. He was here to fix the radiators and we asked an adhoc question about our sink and he went above and beyond to help us fix and look into other things around the house. Definitely will be the first person I call next time we need maintenance and repairs.

Pablo did an outstanding job, identifying the problem and telling me what steps I have to take in order to solve it. I am very pleased with the help he was able to provide me with today. The way he explained the leak issue was very easy to understand. He did a great job.

Pablo was great. He arrived to shovel and salt our front walk but was unaware that there were two additional areas to shovel and salt until he arrived. He was pleasant despite the surprise and stayed until the job was done. This was especially appreciated given the late hour and the expectation of more snow.

Pablo Saravia is a great plumber. During his first visit he suspected the problem. The second time he correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a thorough and timely manner. He came prepared for the work, laid down protective drop cloth and put the work space back to as good of working order as possible. Pablo is friendly, communicative, and professional. Would gladly use/request Pablo again for future EJF plumbing services.

Pablo did an amazing job cleaning up a heavy brick pillar that had been hit by a truck. This was a rainy Saturday afternoon on a weekend and his good spirits, strength, and perseverance were amazing. Before and after photos are attached.

Pablo was very thorough and complete with getting bulbs replaced in our co-op’s community room, hallways and storage area. I loved that he asked if we wanted both bulbs replaced instead of just the one that was out. That gave us the opportunity to be proactive in replacing both st the same time. He checked the different switches (there are 2 switches for lights at different entrances) to ensure they were working. I also liked that he checked whether the sockets were getting juice. A definite plus: a pleasant personality made him a joy to work with.

We had a good experience today with Pablo at EJF. He has been so professional. He fixed the issue with the garbage disposal and gave us detailed information about how to keep our equipment clean and safe. His is so knowledgeable and helpful. He does good coaching too. We will have him back any time we have any issues. He did a good job when we had our bathtub replaced few months back. We were so happy to see him again today. Good customer service. Very Professional, friendly and cost efficient. I recently used the HandyMan service when my HVAC system went down. I contracted 3T Group Services, they had someone come to my home and do the repairs. The tech showed up on time, was very professional and completed my repair the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone that need any home type of repairs done.

I use 3T Group services for routine maintenance, lawn care and pest control & they were phenomenal! Their customer service was unbelievably when I called and spoke with someone from the office the lady was very nice and informative! They came out the same day to give me pricing and I’ve been working with them ever since.
