We had our first building inspection walkthrough with Davis Vasquez today. He was friendly and very thorough. All in all, it was a great experience.

Juan was great! Home Depot dishwasher installer gave me bad quote and information for an install leaving me with a dishwasher in my living room. Juan came for a quote and said all I needed was an outlet installed. Much easier and much cheaper fix than Home Depot!

Andy from EJF services came to my apartment to do some repair work after a flood from the apartment above mine damaged my bathroom. He did excellent work to a very high standard, and was very professional and courteous. Five stars!

Pablo was very friendly and professional. He fixed the burst pipe in the spot and will provide a quote to replace the entire line.

Pablo was excellent! The blockage in the pipe was hard to get to and eventually required him to remove my toilet but he did it without hesitation and solved the problem!!!

What’s incredible is we weren’t sure if there was a water heater in my apartment so he contacted his friend who had worked in this building, and his friend informed him that all rooms had a water heater in unit. So Pavlo came back later to address and take care of my issue. Very thankful for someone that goes above and beyond and that does it with such a positive attitude.

Pablo Saravia was great. He solved a tricky problem in our building which is almost 100 years old. He did not mind the MANY questions I asked him throughout the job. Highly recommend him!

Pablo installed a new microwave for me. He came during the time window EVEN though it was our big snow day. Pablo was very professional and was done very quickly. He cleaned everything up and even cleaned the front of stainless steel microwave. Would highly recommend again.
