John has been my handyman for over a decade now. The stress of being a landlord to a unit built in 1942 can be overwhelming at times, but John has single handedly cut that stress in half. I no longer stress about who to call for what, getting three quotes to make sure the price is fair, etc. John is a one-stop-shop for all issues that arise, and Im always pleased by the price. He has innovative solutions that solve my issue and save me money (replacing rubber washer vs whole faucet, nail creaky floor to plank through crawlspace vs replacing floor, vinyl patch vs redoing floor, etc etc.). He understands the big picture of what I need done, and is professional as he suggests better alternatives to my approach. He understands if I just need to pass a housing inspection or need it to be aesthetically pleasing. Great asset to have for any landlord or homeowner...

He is absolutely unprofessional. I contacted him because my toilet was leaking. We schedule an appt and he never showed. Never called/texted to inform me that he couldn't make it. I called him several times and he did not answer. Continued to call for a week and one day he picked up the phone and we rescheduled. He was still a no show. Please do not even bother to contact him. It's a waste of time!!

Very poor customer service. I called about my car key being stuck in my toilet; it hasn't flushed right since. I spoke to an elder male about $$ concerning the job they would have to do. He gave me a set price (it should be fairly easy removing a toilet =/), then with his next breath, slipped in a bigger number in the middle of a sentence as if I did not notice. Lets just say he was very rude and hung up the phone in my ear. Will never recommend them to anyone. You're money is better spent elsewhere.

He responded promptly to set up an appointment and gave me a fair price. However, he never showed up at the scheduled time and didn't respond to email, text, or phone call. Why waste your time. Now I have to go find someone who is actually reliable.

John is our Go-to guy for emergency and scheduled repairs. Good troubleshooter, trustworthy and reliable. He does just what he says he will do. Used services several times. Best Ever.

I called for a fairly easy job, hanging shelves and curtain rods. They came the same day, finished the work on time, even helped with extra couple of things, like hanging a small board and guitar hanger. Paid them the agreed upon price over the phone. Job done, No problem.

I had standing water in my tub and I tried everything to fix the problem on my own but I failed. Upon during a quick Google search I found Mr . John Brinkley of M & M handyman services. When I called, Mr. Brinkley was prompt not only did he answer my questions he also made every attempt to help me fix the problem OVER the phone without coming to my home. Unfortunately, I was not able to snake my tub properly to clear the drain and called Mr. Brinkley back who was more than willing to come out to my home after 8:30 pm on a Thursday night. Once he arrived to my home he went straight to work and fixed the problem all within 10 minutes of arriving! Mr. Brinkley was easy to schedule a same day appointment with and he was very fair with his pricing. I would definitely and highly recommend him to anyone seeking plumbing services and use him again for my home repair service(s).

M&M are amazing! I sold a property and the new owners required some drywall repair. I wanted to take care of this immediately and not only was John extremely flexible and patient with me (I had to work out the time with the new owners) but he was able to come the next day and take care of everything. He was extremely responsive and also the most reasonably priced. I'm so very happy with everything!

Today M&M Handyman Services was a lifesaver. I had problems with the faucet for my bathtub and had to cut off the main water supply to stop the water from running. When I called Mr. Brinkley he said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I received a call from him 15 minutes later stating that he was waiting for me in front of my house. Fortunately, I was only 5 minutes away from home and he waited until I returned. He examined the problem and quickly discovered how to resolve the problem. Once I purchased the part he returned at the time he had promised and properly installed the part. Voila my water stopped running and now I can use my bathtub and not worry about having to shut off the main water supply to my house. Each time I have used M&M Handyman services I have received prompt and reasonably cost services. I would highly recommend him for handyman needs.

I just had someone come and reattach my light fixture and I must say, I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the work and should have reviewed the work thoroughly. Will not use them ever again. He never gave me a receipt for his shoddy work. Didn't realize until AFTER he left the awful work he did.

M&M did a fantastic job installing my Storm Door. Very professional. Will definitely use them again!
