Terrible Christmas tree selection…two years in a row. Disappointed.

Always up to date with seasonal related flowers, plants and trees. Currently they are loaded with quality live Christmas trees.

The plants in the garden center here are horribly mistreated! I went there looking for a few indoor plants and left with none because all of them were dying or dead. Most of them had extremely dry soil and you can tell they hadn’t been looked after. People there are obviously not doing there job. If you’re looking for plants, I recommend going to Home Depot instead. I went there after and while they have a smaller selection, the plants looked much much healthier.

Difficult to find help and the display items do not match the inventory. It seems like no one work here. We went in to buy fluorescent light bulbs (the long tube kind) andd asked multiple times for some help finding the correct item. Each time we were told they would send someone over to the correct department, but in the 30 minutes of waiting nobody ever showed. We decided to return another day, thinking they were short staffed. The second day it was also nearly impossible to find someone to help us and when we asked where the display items could be found, we were told that they hadn't changed the display light for 4 years so none of them were likely available.

Best nursery I've ever been to! Found the cutest plants at a decent price. Nice pots, too. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Love that they potted my plants for me and they did a beautiful job with it. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience, from the day we ordered to the finish picking up our furniture. Charles kept us up to date each day and I loved that we could see where they were and plan our day around when they would arrive. Excellent service and very careful with the furniture. I definitely recommend him and give him an A+++

Very good experience from scheduling over the phone to pick up. I thought the removal fee for my generator was fair and reasonable. Harald and his partner were professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. Harald called 30 minutes before he arrived as promised through text which was within the original 12pm to 4pm appointment time window initially given. I highly recommend using LoadUp.

Not sure why I had such a bad experience with LoadUp given all the great reviews. When I first expressed interest LoadUp really wanted my business and reached out to me via text to answer any questions. Once I booked an appointment, the experience turned sour.

Our loader never updated us on pickup time as our pickup interval came to a close. While customer service was reachable and tried their best, they could not give me a straight answer on where the loader was and when they might be able to arrive. We had to push back to the next day.

Next day, same thing. No response from the Loader. Their phone number goes straight to LoadUp instead of to the loader. Customer service was unable to tell me if another loader was available. The lack of visibility to their workforce is appalling to me. I would rather be told that there's no loader available than to wait around all weekend trying to get a couch removed. Something doesn't seem right with their operation.

I kept 2 stars for the customer service effort and the speed in which my refund was returned. The silver lining here is that I was able to find a local business that could guarantee me a junk pickup and they even came early.

I worked with Napolean and his team to remove and dispose of a heavy item. While it took 3 movers plus myself to get it in our home, Napolean plus his colleague effortlessly removed it. They were exceptional. Very happy with LoadUp.

Scheduled order online, it said there's a problem with your order, please call. I kept getting transferred and on hold and they disconnected me. No evidence of my order and yet they charged my credit card!!! No one will help me!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!

Great experience with LoadUp! Website was super easy to book and the guys who helped communicated with me before arriving and were fast to get my old furniture out of my apartment. Very professional and respectful of my home. Highly recommend for any furniture or bulk removals.

Overall my experience was good. I thought that the driver would have a “load up” truck and come with someone else but he actually came in his own pickup truck, alone. That’s when I realized that this is a contracting company. Which is fine because it was cheaper , but the poor guy had to carry a whole 2 piece sectional alone. Nevertheless he was extremely willing to do the job and didn’t complain once . The job was done at an affordable rate. The loader was quick and on time. Overall I will recommend their service and use them again in the future. I’m in the DC area , if that helps.

Saturday appointment from 8-12. Being asked to provide a blanket to cover the table I needed moving. Was asked to help the mover. This was at 8:44. Between 9:30-11:30 I spent trying to figure out where the mover was as I was never given an official eta. The 11:30 call I find out my appointment was moved to 12-1, then 1-4 all on the same call. At 3pm I called to inquire about an eta. LoadUp asked to move my appoint to Sunday. I asked for a refund and the told me I would only get 50% of my money back. What?! This is not the customers fault! LoadUp failed. Now I see two charges on my card! The mover that came Sunday was great and took care of everything however I wasted an entire Saturday from 8-4 waiting for LoadUp. Poor customer service, poor communication, lack of professionalism and lack of concern for the customer. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Completely unorganized and beyond dissatisfied with them.

I purchased a mattress online from a reputable company that advertises a 365-day trial. I actually did need to return the mattress so they told me they would pick it up and issue the refund. Then 2 days later, they emailed and said they had no one who could come get it and gave me three options to remove it myself. News flash: it's not easy to get a mattress picked up to donate! After calling 2 other companies who also could not help me, I found LoadUp. The woman who took my call was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to come get it the next day even though it's the holidays. And they gave great communication by text and by phone throughout the process. AND their price was cheaper then the other two I called. I would absolutely use this company again. And recommend it to others.

Isaiah was the loader and a super star. He kept me informed when he would arrive, courteous and strong. Wonderful experience!!

The guys with Load Up were friendly and courteous when they arrived. They were on time and came in and professionally and in a timely manner removed my old mattress and put in my new Helix mattress In no time!

Had Gabriel come out and remove some things I didn’t want to take with me into my new apartment. Him and his partner were on time, VERY fast and efficient. Excellent service! 5 out of 5 for sure !

Super easy! While we didn't have that much to haul away, the whole process was really simple. Even better, we were able to schedule the next day, AND they came within the time requested. Very satisfied.
