I will definitely use LoadUp in the future and I have added them to my contacts. Staff are very responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions. Before deciding to call I started to post an online request for a quote and received a call within the hour. The coordination and junk removal were seamless, professional, yet very friendly.

First, the movers are not company, they are contractors that bid on the removal job.
My movers showed up in a Toyota Tundra with a (2) hand short dolly and (3) straps, (2) of which were working to remove (2) commercial refrigerators.
I provided pictures, number of stairs, model #s of material to be moved and let’s just say, this group was not professional movers.
I paid for removal and ended up having to assist in getting the equipment down the stairs because the personnel provided and removal equipment was not suitable for the job. It was like getting (2) guys off of Craiglist.
They have an impressive website but it doesn’t match the service.

Removal of a large treadmill from our second floor. They approached it carefully and with the correct equipment. They removed parts of the treadmill that made exit impossible. They were very aware of our property, walls and stairs and were able to safely muscle the equipment out to their truck. Great job.

Reviews are 100% fake. Scheduled pick up the day before for the 4-8 time frame. Got a text confirmation with a link to track and the removers phone number. Link says arrival is 4-5pm. I text the number, I call the number…it’s literally a voicemail sales line for erectile dysfunction pills. An absolute scam.

When I called the main number, the agent assures me the remover will be at my address between 4-5pm. It takes me 10 minutes on the phone for the agent to understand it’s currently 630, so the remover could not possibly arrive by 4-5pm.

Agent said I would need to be transferred to a specialist, then half a second later said “no specialist available, try again later”

What in the world. I ask for a manager, they said there isn’t one available. I say I’ll wait until one is. I get on the phone with another person. This person advises they can’t get in touch with the remover. When I explain I’d like to cancel, he says I’ll be charged the 50% fee because I “won’t let him do his job and find another driver”

Understand that these companies contract out 3rd parties. They use an app to share personal info like your address, etc with these subcontracted employees. It was a 20 minute argument but eventually after being threatened with bad reviews and initiating a dispute with my bank, I was promised the full refund in 2 different transactions. We will see if that’s the case.

The price is low for a reason. The reviews are manufactured. Do not use this company.

My experience with Nana and the Load up team was excellent. I was able to book next day pick up for my couch and mattress. The team worked quickly and it only took 15 mins. Thank you!

I usually use 1-800-GOT-JUNK when I need to remove rubbish from the properties I manage, but I recently found out they’re not allowed to dispose of paint cans—and I had around 30 of them to get rid of.

I searched online for companies that could help with this kind of removal, and LoadUp was the first one that came up. The team was more casual—not in uniforms like the 1-800-GOT-JUNK crew—but they were professional and got the job done.

I paid for the service upfront on their website based on my description and photos, which made the process easy. Just a note: if you want to tip the workers, have cash on hand, since they don’t handle any payments on-site.

Overall, they did a good job. I’m happy to finally have all that old paint—and even a propane tank—safely removed.

I had a great experience with Load Up! They removed a cut up tree stump and branches from a tree we cut down ourselves since we missed yard waste removal day. They took everything in the photos for $200. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because they were supposed to come between 12 and 4 and didn’t get there until 8. I had to ask if they were still coming. Other than that, I would definitely use them again!

My mom passed away and I needed someone to take her items, as I live out of state and we were not there for long. LoadUp was great. They came out promptly and removed all items from the house. The price was reasonable and Maryam was great to work with. Customer service was excellent and text message updates were very good. Thank you for helping us in our time of need!

The guys that came to help me were so nice and helpful. They even went above and beyond and helped me unwrap and put my new heavier mattress on my bed that I couldn’t lift. They took away my old mattress and a too large coffee table for my new space. Really recommend these guys. Also reasonably priced which I appreciate. Thank you so much:))

Thanks to Gorilla Haulers. They made our move smooth. The team of 2 people with the same name Alex, say Alex 1, Alex 2 , Mikal were just awesome, friendly and respectful. The owner Wilson brought in another guy to help unpack and unload. They were easy to work with. And a big thanks to Eli who accommodated with us so many times because our move date kept shifting because of the snow. Every time I called Eli and said that we have to postpone - the answer was “No worries”. Thanks to all for transporting everything intact, taking care and assembling all furniture.

The service was excellent, and booking online was straightforward. You can monitor your order status on the website for a more precise estimate of your pickup time. Furthermore, our driver, Jaime, was outstanding and sent me text updates, so I knew exactly when they would arrive. I also had an excellent experience with their customer service a few months ago when I requested a quote. I highly recommend this service.
