Honestly, the prices are incredibly low. I don't know how they manage to pay their employees, but I definitely recommend them.

Very smooth operation. Everything was efficient from signing up and receiving a timeframe for pick up on short notice. Patrick arrived right on time and very quickly was able to remove the items I had requested for pick up. I highly recommend and would use them again.

Load up serviceman was on time, polite and very competent. He assembled our adjustable bed and mattress and showed us how to adjust it. He was very considerate.

LoadUp certainly did find someone to move my mothers furniture BUT how it went down was terrible! First, I was told during the sales pitch from loadup that the mover would be coming from the same zip code as my mothers apt, downtown Stevens Point, WI. This was a lie as the people came from over 2hrs away. While yes I could follow the progress on the website I recieved no advance phone call from the mover regarding what this project entailed which was A LOT!!! The mover claimed that loadup never gave him all the photos of what was to removed including a piano, curio, entertainment center, leather couch & loveseat, huge glass top coffee table, sleeper sofa that had to be disassembles because they weren’t able to get it thru the doorway, dining room set, 3pc bdrm set plus king bed, desk, numerous wall artwork etc… So this guy showed up with only his wife, a less than adequate pull behind his pickup truck trailer, no packing boxes, no packing materials and no tools for dismantling any furniture in order to get it through the doors. While I gave them 3 stars for getting the job done without damage to the apt and they were polite, I could not give 5 stars because of lack of preparedness. My husband, sister inlaw and myself had to step up to assist these people or we would’ve been there 10hrs waiting for them to get the job done. My family was instrumental insuring breakables would not break, we took everything off the walls for them, we wrapped breakables! LoadUp owes me a refund for doing the movers job!!!! Last night when loadup texted me asking how I’d rate the mover I gave only 3 stars and they apologized and said someone will contact me shortly to discuss this. I’m still waiting for the phone call………..

I must say I really enjoyed the updated text messages and phone called up to the arrival, and the follow up after the pick-up delivery. Both guys were very respectful and welcoming. Both men were very courteous by not entering all the way in my home without the young one stating if I prefer their shoes off or on. In addition, the older gentleman was more than willing to assist me with disabling the pump from the mattress. They are definitely an All 5 Stars🫶🏾

I had an entertainment center that was heavy and big. The three man crew didn’t have any problem getting it out of my house carefully and hauled it away.

I called LoadUp Junk Removal specifying that the pickup had to be done by a certain time. The person I spoke to assured me that that would happen. Several hours later (1 hour before I had to leave), I received a notification that a loader was on the way. It then turned out that said loader was a 1.5 hour drive away. I called LoadUp, explained that time wouldn’t be possible, and asked to waive the cancellation fee given the circumstances. They refused. They then charged me money for a job they simply didn’t perform. Would not recommend.

They were on time, friendly and had a can do attitude! I recommend them and will use they again in the future!
