They confirmed for 12. I tried to call and txt. But there was no reply. They were a no show.

Did not show up on scheduled first nor call to reschedule. Not reliable.

I had an appointment last Saturday morning. They never showed up.

Made an appointment with this company... they did not show up.. i called and text to find out if they were going to come....No Response!

Scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. When I called him in the evening, he forgot about appointment and asked if he could come over now. Are you serious?!?!

He’s a nice guy, timely too... but he doesn’t take pride in his work... left trash on the floor, paint on the toilet, and just didn’t do what I expected for the price...

I needed a doorknob replacement. He was timely and fast! I will be using him again.

Excelent service! We had an emergency Saturday night at our house. He got there fast and solve the problem in less than 20 minutes. Thank you John!

M&M saved the day! I am hosting a dinner party for 15 people this weekend. On Wednesday, my disposal goes down and I have leaking underneath my kitchen sink. Then, on Thursday, we get hit with Winter Storm Pax, everything was closed. I thought I was screwed - thought I was going to end up doing dishes in the bathtub.

M&M to the rescue... John coached me on some troubleshooting over the phone at 9pm on Thursday, then when that didn't work, he was at my house by 10am the next day. By 11am, I had a new disposal at a fair price and no leaking.

So grateful to him for coming on one day's notice when the roads were icy and even the government was on a delayed opening.

We had our on post mailbox squashed when a car ran up into our yard. My wife & I bought a mailbox & post, but I couldn't put it together because I don't have the arm strength. I called Mr. Brinkley because there was no way I could assemble & install the box & post. He came & properly installed the post & box same day, very securely mounted. His price for his labor was up front & a square deal. There's a 100% chance I would call him in the future for other projects.
