Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I called because my puppy urinated on my carpet and I couldn't get the smell out with my carpet cleaner at home. They quoted me $80 dollars when I called. When the tech got there, he told me $80 was for the standard cleaning and it wouldn't get rid of the smell but if I paid $200 he guaranteed that would get rid of it. I waited 2 days for the carpet to dry and the smell is still there. I called to complain and the manager called me back saying I'd have to pay $300 for a deep cleaning. I told her I was guaranteed that the smell would be gone for the $200 I paid. She said that they don't do guarantees. Like that's something I was supposed to know and not the tech working for the company who made the guarantee. Then she asked me if I had it in writing after I told her he verbally made the guarantee. They also try to get you to pay in ways that make it harder to get your money back, like using Zelle. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU LIKE THEY DID TO ME.
