I can't say enough about Francisco and his team. We hired them to build a stone patio and fire pit in our backyard this past spring and they offered additional landscaping ideas to make the whole space more beautiful and inviting. His team is friendly, respectful, hardworking, patient, and they do detail-oriented work. They clearly want to get things right and make sure the customer is happy. We would highly recommend them and hire them for future work!

I recently hired Amigos to refresh my small front yard and spruce up my deck, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their attention to detail and professionalism were evident from start to finish. The landscaping team transformed my front yard with lush greenery and flowers that have completely revitalized the space. Absolutely love this company. The guys are meticulous, prompt, respectful, friendly and just genuinely good people. I have contracted them 2 times so far. The first time at my home, they planted all my arborvitae cypress trees and laid an extensive amount of river rock as well as revamping all my gardens and pond area. They definitely surpassed my expectations. I was so happy with them that I had them back the next spring to do my gardens again!

We are satisfied customers from Brandywine MD. Money well invested. We love our pavers and landscape. Francisco did a very good job and was very professional. His price is the best you would find out there and very high quality work. He helped us to make some good decisions, high quality materials. Francisco and his crew did the job quickly (within one week) and professionally and transformed our yard. Francisco was very good with explanations of the installation, getting permits and 3D images as I am a visual person. We are pleasantly impressed and satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you.

I was frustrated, but after seeing this young man's professionalism, my Frustration incriminently subsided.

UPDATE: If you love yourself or your property, stay far away from Lawn Love. After my initial review, LL reached out to me, offering to make this service free due to the multiple cancelations and being a week and a half late (at the time) providing service. I told them if everything went to plan, I would happily change my rating and update the review. Someone did show up, take pictures of my property, and provide a quote, which I approved. They never showed up again or communicated. I was forced to hire another company. And I remain firm in my initial review. At best its a scam, at worst it's a poorly run, unscrupulous business. You're better off hiring a landscaper off of TaskRabbit.

Refused to schedule without giving your complete CC (cvv code included) over the phone when I could've independently added it through the app which was provided after scheduling. Even better, no one ever showed up. I'd recommend this service only to someone I disliked.

The initial process takes way too long. Lots of talking. I’m not making an Initial doctors appointment. I’m just getting my grass cut twice a month. 9 minute phone call before I finally hung up. I just wish it was much more simplified.

Really pleased with the service and quality of the crew that cuts the lawn. in the past it was hard to get someone consistently to cut my mothers lawn. Lawn Love is perfect and always does a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I get my lawn mowing and maintenance from lawn Love, from Brandon and his crew. Highly recommend Brandon - very communicative, i always get a message about upcoming scheduling so I know when they are coming. If inclement weather adds delays, rescheduling is done very quickly. The service is top notch. 10/10 experience. I will continue to solicit Brandon and Lawn Love for my lawn needs and more - great work!!!

Lawn Love is the absolute worst. I did a trial run to see if they were reliable but they are the complete opposite. Here are my reasons you should stay away from lawn love services:
1: The customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve reached out to customer support numerous times they will completely ignore you and never respond.
2: The lawn services they hire are rude. I’ve reached out to the lawn service directly to give them the courtesy of letting them know I didn’t need services for the week. He gave me an attitude and sarcastically explained to me how his services “wasn’t like Amazon where it’s next day services.” And even if my grass was cut, they would miss spots.
3. There is a huge issue with the lack of communication. They literally discontinued my services without my permission and they never gave me a warning. Reached out to customer service and miraculously they responded. They said that because I skipped a few scheduled cuts, they discontinued my services.

Save yourself from the stress of Lawn Love. I guarantee you there is a better service out there. Hire a direct service and cut the middleman out. LAWN LOVE IS AWFUL.

My regular lawn guybecame irregular so I had no choice but to find a new service. Searched for services and Lawn Love came up, so I decided to give them a try, also love the name. So far so good!!! Only my second service and the guys they sent are super super great! Because of my great turf maintenance (patting myself on the back) my grass grows thick and fast so I know hopefully I will have regular cutting with no fear of irregularities.

My backyard was overgrone and needed to be mowed and lawn love helped me out. There was a probable miss communication and the mower's cut my neighbors yard. When I contacted james about the mistake he was extremely helpful. Lawn love immediatly contacted the crew . I simply contacted Pablo who was I guess the crew lead. He came back in less then an hour to mow my yard. Pablo was fantastic. Very friendly and personable. I am extremely happy with this company. Great people.

Jairon was courteous and friendly. He and is crew did a wonderful job. He made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

The team has cut our yard for over a year. They are fantastic and truly care about their customers.

I highly recommend you don't waste your time with this useless third party service. They have a list of lawn service providers and operate as a middleman between you and the actual service provider.
I called on a Friday and was told we could get service by Monday-Tuesday. On a gorgeous Tuesday morning, I got a message in-app (the only way you can directly communicate with your assigned provider) that they were rescheduling for Thursday due to inclement weather. Thursday afternoon came around and I both messaged the provider and called the dispatch. Never heard back from the provider and the dispatch assured me they would be there and had until 7 to complete the work. Nobody showed. Nobody contacted me. Friday morning, the in-app convo with the provider was closed.

With the amount of stress this has incurred for me and my husband (we have an inspection upcoming) and wasted time (waiting a whole week when I could have been looking elsewhere), I feel like Lawn Love owes ME money.

The customer service/dispatch operators also contradicted each other in the information they told me they had access to. The one flat out lied to me. I didn't even get the chance to waste my money so definitely don't waste your time.

Maurice (D&D Lawn) has provided an excellent service in cutting both my front and back lawn. His politeness, professionalism, and strong communication skills stand out, making the experience seamless. He did an impeccable job, transforming my outdoor space beautifully. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to having Maurice service my lawn in the future. Highly recommended!
