We have been with cleaning company for a while now and they have been consistently good. The cleaners are all friendly and professional and the office staff are always good at responding to any queries or concerns.

They did a move-out clean and did an outstanding job. Extra time was needed in my case, which they informed me of at the time of booking, and the result was worth it. I'll be getting back almost all of my security deposit because of their hard work.

I used this company a couple of weeks ago to schedule a move out cleaning when I moved from my apartment. I was so impressed with everyone in the company. From the person that I spoke to them on the phone to schedule the appointment for cleaning. It was all for the best price I could find. I will definitely be using them again!

Customer service was very responsive. Although, the service was a bit late. It was communicated in a timely manner. Pricing was worth the price. Carly was very personable and professional. She went straight to work, took direction and did the job without haste. I give an A++++.
I do feel that as a company, sending out several reminders days ahead is annoying. Also, paying for a service prior to the actual service being preformed is not a good business practice. This was communicated to the owner and was received and acknowledge.
Overall will do business again.

John did an excellent job cleaning my downstairs carpet, he was very professional and polite and arrived at the stated time.

This company has far exceeded my expectations. We were getting ready to move into a home. Unfortunately the carpets were absolutely filthy. The carpet was stained literally everywhere. I was in search for a carpet cleaning company that didn't use all the harsh chemicals and thankfully found this company. They worked on the carpet for a couple hours and i walked into a brand new home. They removed every stain in the carpet. Carpet looked brand new and was already dry when we walked in. Amazing. Highly recommend. And awesome customer service.

The technician does an amazing job. I invited him out to my house a few months ago for a full carpet detail. He did a great job removing stains and sanitizing the carpet. Just recently my son was sick and had an accident all over our rug. I called him and he was at our house within a hour. He sanitized and cleaned our rug and he did it at a very reasonable cost to us. The rug looks brand new and all the smells from the accident are gone. He definitely saved the day.

The technicians were here a few minutes ago and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. They were very professional and efficient. Our carpets smell fresh without any chemicals. We didn't have any stains to remove but just wanted cleaning done and couldn't be happier.
