The company said they would send carpet cleaners between 1 and 4 p.m. I waited around, and then left. At 4:30 p.m. they said they could come in 15 minutes. I was already gone by then, but said I could come back in 30 minutes. They said no. I said how about something the next day. They said they couldn't promise anything. I ended up going with another company.

When we first called it was an absolute emergency situation. My wife had just put the prized family heirloom down in the living room and it of course attracted the glass of merlot I had just poured. In a frenzy I didn't know who to turn to. On top of it all, we had just moved. Fortunately they were so professional and fast! I think I may owe my marriage to these guys.

They deserve 5 stars. They came on time. I didn't feel any rushing , they even recommended the cleaning of one bathroom and cleaning behind the refrigerator without charging more. They are professional. Recommended. By the way they did tile and grout cleaning . They started at. 930 am they were done at 1230pm. It was 1300 sqft and they worked 2 people. Both more knowledgable than other !
