Listen, this is my first home and I was super not sure what to expect, but i can't recommend this company enough. The staff member Kobi(I think is how his name is spelt?) was patient and informative in walking us through every detail of our cleaning and service. pricing was fair and there was no pressure to buy things we didn't need.

First time used this company to repair my gas fireplace, they did a great job, fireplace is working like brand new and house is warm and cozy again. Very professional and polite staff will use them for other services in future and highly recommend them!!

In addition to doing a professional and thorough job cleaning out my dryer vents and showing me the air flow through the vents, Ben was a very nice guy. 10/10, would recommend.

We just moved into our new house and had boxes everywhere -- not a great situation for an air duct cleaner. But due to the construction dust from the remodeling of the home that had gotten into the ducts, we needed a cleaning ASAP. Our cleaner, Kobi, did a great job working his way through the house without disturbing our stuff. On top of that, we has very professional and communicative -- he explained all of the different cleaning options very clearly and was not pushy about trying to get us spend more than we were comfortable. The cleaning went quickly and smoothly, and we feel great now about the air quality coming out of the vents. Would absolutely use Kobi and Air Duct Cleaning DC again!

Ben what very friendly and professional, obviously knew what he was doing, found a dryer outlet that was very difficult to find, cleared a dryer vent that hadn't been cleared in forever, and showed us what caused a poor working dryer for years. I would highly recommend Ben.

Can't recommend Air Duct Cleaning enough! The team of Ben and Steve helped to perform a much needed maintenance check and duct/vent cleaning. The system was in desperate need. Ben was diligent, detailed and explained how the system worked.

The gentleman was nice. He cleaned the vents and even showcased us. Was nice friendly. The vents were squeaky clean and replaced the filter all in a timely manner. He was professional and I asked questions about my ducts and AC
and he answered all the questions I had for him.

Sorry, Google. I don’t like giving poor reviews, but this company was a nightmare at so many levels. A man came in to clean my dryer duct and told me that I needed a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. So I grudgingly paid the $320 for it. Then he damaged the tube connecting my dryer with the outdoor vent, told me and denied doing the damage (my word against his). The manager refused to replace it. In addition to them damaging my tube, theydid not return my washer/dryer unit to its former position and I couldn’t close the closet door. They still haven’t fixed it, after mashing the carpet up behind the unit. These guys are a nightmare. They finally returned to replace the damaged tube and then refused to move the washer/dryer back into the correct position. The second guy was a drama queen and left in a huff when he couldn’t move the washer/dryer into place. I will never use them again, obvs, and have told my condo management company to never recommend them for our building or any other they manage.

The tech's name is Ben. From the moment he came to the house to assess the situation, he was all about honesty and educating me about the process of how duct systems get dusty to building on top of dust, then mold and to the extreme possibilities. I feel like as a home owner i've learned a lot. Ben was further very professional and a super hard worker in cleaning the duct system throughout the huge house which is no small job. I was very satisfied in his showing me before and after pics but also showing me the process at work as it went to super clean on top of getting a treatment. Overall, i've very happy with everything and would recommend this young man to anyone and will do so to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Air Duct Cleaning DC. My son has really bad allergies and I was concerned with the quality of air in the house. To my surprise, we were able to receive next day HVAC Duct cleaning service. Ben, my technician gave me a courtesy call with his ETA and was very professional. He was informative and provided suggestions on how to improve our exterior ventilation structure as well. Don't think twice, call now! You want be disappointed.

Ben was fantastic! Our dryer vent is shaped funny so it collects A LOT of debris and he was able to get it cleaned out and now it’s so much more efficient. Highly recommend

Wow!! What a great experience dealing with Kobi from Air Duct Cleaning DC. He was on time, personable, professional and HONEST. Kobi began with an inspection of the vent, registers, air intakes, boilers and coils. As we walked through the house he pointed out things that we needed as well as things that we did not need. He offered recommendations but was never pushy. He simply educated my wife and I and allowed us to decide what services/products we felt best. I kept waiting for the big sales pitch, but it never came. Once we determined what work was to be done, Kobi was efficient and thorough. Once the job was complete he included his personal phone number with the receipt and told us to call anytime should we have questions or needed additional services. Great service! Needed my dryer vent cleaned, called them was able to get a same day appointment. Technician was knowledgeable and provided an estimate prior to commencing work. Wore mask inside my house, and left all work area clean and free from dust & lint. I am happy with the service provided!
