I called Air Duct Cleaning service and was able schedule an appointment immediately at a time that was convenient for me. I am very happy with their service. The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional. He gladly answered my questions and explained how often I should clean and change the filters and what I should pay attention to. I would highly recommend this company.

John was great! He arrived on time, discussed my carpet cleaning needs with me, and spent extra time getting an ink stain out that I could not! Will definitely use air duct cleaning dc again!

Had them out for a simple dryer vent cleaning. While the technician was friendly and did a good job, the pricing was pretty outrageous. I would not have agreed to spend over $500 for a basic dryer vent cleaning if I had been aware of the pricing before the service began. Be aware that they charge per foot if you happen to live in any sort of multi-unit building in DC and that the price will significantly outweigh the quoted amount.

Response: The appointment was scheduled for multiple units in the building and the price was not explained to me beforehand. I just received the initial flat estimate. I'd encourage folks to look elsewhere for this service for businesses that charge a set fee.

1st compliment - very efficient! Wonderful same day service rendered equals one happy customer! Marvin came out from Air Duct Cleaning DC to clean my gas fireplace and tighten my switch wires. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He covered his work space so there was not clean up required when done. Prices were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again - without hesitation!

Had a service done for my mom’s air ducts and our technician was super knowledgeable and provided us with an honest recommendation of what needs to be done. We opted to have one service done that day and decided to look at other air duct companies to compare pricing, but we ended up calling these guys back because their prices were far more reasonable 🙂.

He gave me tons of information about things I needed to address, he took care of all the issues he found, and he did it so quickly. Excellent customized solution with upfront pricing. Our unit needed serious cleaning, we used to swipe and clean constantly around in the house since dust was persistently removed from surfaces and floor. Ben came, tailored his service according to the situation and performed an excellent job. He explained everything in detail and described our options. In less than an hour the main duct was cleaned and sanitized as advised.

Ben was very helpful and did great troubleshooting for the birdcage that’s in a very high place!

Had our dryer vent cleaned today for the first time since moving in 5 years ago. Talk about first-time homebuyer ignorance.... Anyway our tech, Ben, was very honest in telling us that - though cleaning periodically is definitely still a good idea - we actually had good air flow and any issues we were seeing with drying our clothes were probably due to overloading the dryer.

Quick response time and reasonable pricing (flat fee plus a per foot charge over 8 feet). Personable and communicative tech (called ahead and explained each step along the way). No complaints.

Very professional and thorough. Like others said, they did a good job at explaining what they were doing and how they were doing it. My kitchen intake was the worst. They also showed me after, while clean, some of the grease is impossible to take off from the walls of the ducts even with brushing but it was super clean comparatively.

I can't say enough of how awesome the installing process was Ellignton. The team installed a HVAC split system for me for maximum efficiency and comfort. This Carrier system runs like a train.
