For starters, I chose Lowe's Air duct cleaning due to its reviews on google. I am not sure I will do that again. Unlike other people, I cannot give a fair review since the gentleman that came to our house seemed pressed with time, did the work within two hours or less and left. Made me wonder how dirty the vents and returns were or if we really needed the work. I guess we'll never know. Also, when I scheduled the appointment the first time, I was given a quote, 3 hours later when I called to schedule the appointment I was quoted $100 dollars extra. I told the person on the phone how was that possible and he said it must have been a manager who quoted me such a special rate. Nonetheless, he honored the first quote I was given earlier and scheduled the appointment. I would suggest shopping around in the future.

Very helpful and professional. Belman helped us with vent cleaning but also found our dryer hose/tube was broken. He replaced it and cleaned the vents, would recommend and would use this service again in the future.

The Lowe's employee who came to clean our ducts was actually early - he called when he had a previous cancellation to ask if he could come earlier. He worked non-stop beyond the original time estimate to make sure the job was done right. He was extremely polite, clean, and courteous, and even helped lift a big box up the stairs for me un-prompted! Lowe's has great customer service and doesn't quality work!

I will be calling the company again to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. (PSA: clean your air ducts every four to five years; clean your dryer vent annually - it’s a huge fire hazard if you don’t!) I chose Lowe's based on their previous reviews and proximity to my home. Appointment scheduling was easy. The technician was very communicative before the visit with updates on arrival times and a couple of questions about what kind of home he'd be working on. During the visit he explained the process and simply went about his work undistracted. He completed the work just ahead of schedule and took the time to make sure the areas he worked in were left as he found them. This was my first time using Lowe's for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning and will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I requested the service from Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning, and I hope they stay in business indefinitely, because they are very good. I called several other companies in the area, and they either did not pick up, or did not follow on with the placed work order. The Lowe’s guys are extremely responsive and responsible. They are easy to reach, they send an email confirmation, they give you the estimate, send the reminder of the appointment, and come when promised. Mikhailo, the technician, is very thorough and helpful, he explains everything that is going on and may need further attention, and makes you aware of ongoing promotions. It’s as business should be done, which is not easy to come by these days.

We had a workmen come to our house to do duct cleaning. We were very impressed with his thoroughness. He covered all the vents to start off with, and then basically started with the upper events working his way down. He took pictures and took a long time at doing the job well. He also cleaned our dryer vents. We feel very safe and comfortable knowing that are vents were cleaned well and that the dryer vent is now very workable.
