Had a dryer air vent cleaned. Ours is a particularly long run with some hard to reach spots but the rep was able to get it done just fine. It was good to get the duct in good working order. Service was easy to set up, rep arrived on time, described what he was going to do, and performed the service with no issues whatsoever. I'd use this service again.

Your service exceeded our expectations. We had never had our air ducts cleaned in the 40 years we have been in our home and were not sure which company to pick. We did our homework through the usual websites and found a large range of prices ($34 - $900) and a wide range of quality reviews. We chose Lowe's because of the good reviews on Angie's list and it was an accurate review. The initial contacts with the sales rep were positive. He responded very quickly to our questions and was very professional and answered our questions - it was clear he was familiar with the process. The technician who did the work was also very professional and competent. We explained what he was doing and we were comfortable with him in our home. All in all we were glad we chose Lowe's for the job.

Our technician did well and really shared with us the benefits of cleaning not only our ducts, but also our dryer and HVAC system. Good professionalism. I will say that the $399 for everything was not quite accurate, so maybe be prepared to spend a bit more than that, but overall, the service was both exceptional and necessary.

My SO and I recently purchased our first home and the air ducts were filthy. I requested an appointment online on a Sunday and the next day I received a call and email with my quote. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out the next day. The technician gave us a call and let us know he could come earlier and arrived early which was great for our schedule. The tech was helpful, professional, and did a great job on our air ducts and dryer vent. We are very pleased with the service we received. The service was worth the price we paid. Recommended.

Lowe's was very responsive and supportive. I had to reschedule our original service due to some renovation issues and they were very accommodating. They were very communicative and sent emails prior to service to confirm services. On the day of, they gave me a window of time. On the day of service, our technician called and said he would be in the area earlier if that was convenient for us. I thought it was very considerate for them to call to say they could be early, but I also didn't feel pressured to get there earlier, because it would have involved myself or my husband leaving work a little earlier. Our technician, Eric, was kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We really liked our experience with Lowes and would recommend!

Bruno did an out standing job in a challenging location. My dryer vent is located 10 feet above the access point, and the access is very narrow. He approached the situation with good humor and got the job done. A lot of lint was cleared out of the vent!

Great service! I called Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning yesterday and was able to secure an appointment for today! Alex arrived ontime. He was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. He answered all of my questions and showed me the dust he was collecting. I learned so much. His thorough cleaning of intake/outtake ducts continued for 4 hours. I highly recommend Alex and Lowe's.

The first issue I noticed even while the man was working in my house was that he did not do a good job of capturing all the flying debris that was coming out of the vent. I would’ve thought there should’ve been some sort of canopy around where he was working so that the dust wouldn’t fly throughout my house.

Next, the little tool that he used to go down my vents, was like a spinning octopus and it left blue marks all over every one of my walls. I can’t wash it all off, so some of the walls will simply have to be repainted because of that. I did reach out to the company and was not given any resolution for that.

I was not told that they were going to have to cut a large hole in the face of my furnace. I was very bothered about that especially when he didn’t reseal it in any adequate fashion. He said he ran out of metal and didn’t come back to fix it until after I called to complain.

And after I had the service done, I started having problems with my air conditioner. I got a report from my HVAC man that “it looks like you just had your air ducts cleaned and a lot of of the debris went into the AC coils” and seized the system and flooded my house.

The only positive thing I have to say about it was actually seeing the difference in getting all that nasty stuff out of my vents. But with everything that has happened since then I feel like it cost me a whole lot more than it was worth.

If I ever get my air ducts cleaned again, it will definitely not be through this service.

Lowe’s air duct cleaning did an excellent job. They showed up on time and worked very hard and thoroughly cleaned all components. They were very friendly and professional. My home was left immaculate.and their prices were very reasonable for all the important areas they can cover.I highly recommend their services.

Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. We first went through the house to point out all the vents. He said it would take him 2 to 3 hours. He took several before and after pictures and texted them to me at the end of the job. He was very professional and used quality tools to get the job done. Overall I would use Lowe’s air duct cleaning.

Juan did a great and thorough job with his team. A couple screws left behind that I fitted back myself but otherwise fantastic.

My tech, David, was great. He explained what my biggest issue was with my dryer venting and how to remedy it myself on a regular basis. Reasonable price for the service. Will use them again in the future.
