They Overbook service and give inaccurate time window. Time window they gave me is from 8am to 2pm which is 6 hours. The entire day I’m supposed to wait around for them to decide when they’ll come over. They can’t give me a time estimate, I’ll know when a tech is available… If you want their service ask for the first available otherwise just wait around.

Their drivers are reckless. The driver of W L Gary Company, Inc. (a work van) cut me off in traffic, not using a turn signal, nearly smashing into my vehicle. The car behind me almost rear ended me because I had to slam on my brakes and swerve left (almost hitting another vehicle).
