Whitney did a great job. She walked the yard with me in the beginning and explained everything she would be doing. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

TERRIBLE LAWN SERVICE...We noticed via our outside cameras that ofttimes the "technician" would not even perform any service - we WASTED hundreds of $ and ended up with brown and bald spots. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ONLY TO END UP WITH A TERRIBLE LAWN.
This company talks a lot of BS and delivers nothing.

Anthony was new to my property, he was polite and efficient. He greeted me and listened to my concerns about my inground pool. He did a through job. I would appreciate you assisting him as my regular technician. Anthony is an asset to your company.

Trugreen has been my lawn specialist for over 10 years. The technicians are experienced, and respectful of my property. They always close the gates! The products they use work well...my lawn is always the greenest on my street.

Scott did a amazing job with weed prevention and fertilizing our lawn. He took good care of my lawn. He understood my concerns, listened patiently and implemented it.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He was very professional. After answering my questions he completed the combination weed/fertilzer product as contracted. He was very thorough and I certainly would recommend this technician and service to a friend.

I have been with TruGreen for 2 years now. I feel like the lawn can look better but TruGreen has exceptional customer service! They will take care of any issues or concerns by providing a refund if something was miscommunicated to even a free treatment if you were unsatisfied with the service received. I appreciate their compassion for customers and would recommend them for your lawn care.

You all do a great job with my service. I am always notified the day before and can monitor arrival time via the tracking system on the scheduled day. This is helpful when planing any type of outdoor activity especially when it gets warmer. Your staff is always great if I need to reschedule. The guys who apply the application to the lawn are professional and courteous. My lawn always looks amazing!

Varell is our TruGreen Lawn Specialist from Branch #5815; he was professional and explained in detail what and where he was going to distribute the lawn products. Varell went on to explain when it was safe for our dogs to go out to the backyard. Also, he was able to answer all the questions that I asked him.

On 9/27/2025, TruGreen fertilized my lawn. Michael did an outstanding job. He was very pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with the treatment and treated all requested areas of my yard. He did a great job! Thank you.

I had an opportunity to discuss my concerns with Jason. He was knowledgeable and accommodating.

After filling out their online questionnaire, they called me constantly for multiple days. I was finally able to answer their call while at work and scheduled them to come to my house that evening. They called me later that afternoon to confirm the 5:30 PM appointment. I left work early to make it home for the appointment, but at 6:30 after no one had arrived yet, I called to see if they were still coming and was told that the individual had just left the office and was on the way. They never showed up and never called to inform me they had to cancel and ironically, all of their incessant phone calls have since stopped with no attempt to even reschedule.

They are receptive and responsive to complaints, give good service and offer treatment options that'll fit our needs and budget. Our lawn looks good.

Neighbors hired these people and their workers littered this ad in my freaking yard. Will absolutely never hire a company that lets people infringe on my property like this. I called the number to complain and got hung up on immediately.
