Aeration and over seeding. Mr. Bobby and Cory did a fantastic job. Took their time and did it right. Very pleased with my aeration and over seeding appointment today.

No matter whom I have spoken to over the phone or in person when they visit our home, everyone has been very kind and professional. The Techs have all been very informative, explaining each treatment and what to expect. Our yard has responded to applications so far

This is for TruGreen in general and not for this particular branch. I do not recommend. Treatments started in April, they never did treat my back yard, well once because I called but never again. The pic is in August, 4 months after they started treating it. 100% no difference. They did kill all the weeds but still...

No fault to your lawn specialist, but I am very disappointed of the look of my lawn after more then $900.00

Today 2 technician guys were out to do the grass seeding work at my house and I was really pleased with their work 😀 They were also very kind and very friendly!! I'm so glad that I used TruGreen to do my lawn service!! Thank you

Service is okay. The technician comes and knocks on door and then they are done in a very short period of time. Sometimes I'm not sure if the work was done right.

My experience is the same as so many others, I pay all this money for a yard full of weeds and large brown spots. I really thought they would do a better job. From the other reviews I’ve read they just don’t care.

The technician was most polite to announce his arrival. He took time to listen to my request that he apply weed control to fringe areas of flowered and not just the lawn. Thank you TruGreen!

I just viewed my ring camera. My husband was home, but was taking a shower when he rang the door bell. I saw Brandon put something down in three areas in front of the house and then he went to the side and/or back. A minute later I saw him return and walk across the parking pad and I guess to his vehicle . I am not sure what the process is for the drops that I saw.

It has been an unimpressive experience for me, even this second time around. I can not stand for 2 minutes in my yard before I overstay my welcome with the mosquitoes and other bugs. I believe TruGreen can do better than this. Similar problems with my weed control treatment. Overall, I am not at all satisfied 🙃

Tony did a wonderful job! He came and got right to work and covered the entire yard without any directions. Wow he was fantastic! I wish all their techs were as good as him! So happy!!!!

Beware – Service Marked Complete But Never Done!
Twice in two months, TruGreen has texted me saying my lawn service was done, yet no one ever came. I checked our Ring camera both times—no technician, no service. The only way to do the work is to walk past our camera, so there’s no chance of missing them.

When I called, customer service insisted the records showed the service was performed. That’s simply not true. This has happened twice now, and we will not be hiring TruGreen again. My advice: don’t just trust their texts—check for yourself.

TruGreen is a company with integrity! When I recently had service completed, in my opinion, it appeared that the application for the weeds didn't take hold. So I called the company and requested that it be done again but with a different technician applying the weed killer. They sent out Bobby who was extremely polite and listened patiently to my concerns. He did an outstanding job!!! By the time he was finished, I was glad that I called! Bobby was extremely thorough and it was clear that he takes pride in his work! Each year, my lawn just keeps looking better!!! Thank you, TruGreen!

TruGreen does a really good job and ensure all questions are answered and provide additonal details for maintaining a good and healthy lawn. My lawn is free from weeds and looks great!

Jamaal was very professional answered all my questions. Spent time with me and I did not feel rushed or hurried. Very friendly and willing to help in any way that he could.

Company was doing a great job. Then they doubled fertilized and killed my grass. Supervisor came out said he found 1 army worm which was not true. Said he was going to talk to manager and someone would call me back. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting on a call back. Not how you run a good business.

Gabriel gave me advice on getting the results I am looking for. He was so clear and articulate and knowledgeable, sincere. I could keep going on ………. Thank you for sending him in particular to me. He saved losing a customer.

TruGreen Specialist named Maurice did a great job in treating my grass today and thank you for the advice about the growth of mushrooms. I was wondering why I kept seeing mushrooms in the grass and my flower beds. I moved here on December 30, 2023. From what I see of the property on Google from last year, it looks like the property wasn't well maintained and showed pictures of trucks and landscaping equipment on the property before the Investor flipped the house and hired a landscaping company to put down new sheets of grass. I have remember not to water the grass when it is late in the evening.

We hired TruGreen for their "expert" care. Our lawn now looks worse than it ever has, even areas that were green before are now dead and brown. Large, unsightly dead patches have appeared in areas that maybe needed fertilization before they started their "service." It is painfully obvious that their chemical applications are either inconsistent, incorrect, or both. They haven't nurtured our lawn; they've actively damaged it.

The situation is truly laziness personified. The reason for the terrible results became clear by watching the so-called "technicians" on multiple occasions pull up in the middle of the street blocking traffic, not attempt to park or knock on the door to see if we were home to talk to us, to perform a rushed, 90-second service where they sprint across the lawn haphazardly spraying, with no care for even coverage. They never sent the same person either so likely added to inconsistency in all this.

On top of that, the customer service experience has been the final insult.Trying to get anyone to address the dead spots or the skipped services is a nightmare. Calls go unanswered when you ask for a manager as they try to keep you by saying results aren't guaranteed only service, which they've dropped the ball on both so either way money is owed back to us.

The most shocking demonstration of their incompetence is their representative's inability to correctly calculate the total amount we paid to date by just looking at records. I had to look at my own bank app and do the math myself. If they cannot perform basic math or use of a calculator, how can they possibly be trusted to handle complex chemical applications for my lawn? It would be a joke to let you come back and ruin my lawn MORE especially knowing your entire staff basically owns that you all are inconsistent from the technicians to the phone reps all dry snitching on each other about the way things operate internally.

The avoidance of receiving a manager callback is clear because they don't want to lose a contract and they clearly don't want to refund the money for poor services and for the damage done to our lawn. So do not make the same mistake we did. Save your money and your lawn. Avoid TruGreen at all costs.

I pay too much money for this service to check after how well they did it.

I had to call and have them come back. When they came back they did a great job. It was a different group.

Wish it was the same team. Always somebody different. So you are unsure of your service.

Sometimes they spray the yard well. Some spray it so fast and it looks like it's a lot of hit or miss spots. Leaving crabgrass. I don't want a rush job and leave me having to call back to do it again.

The customer service is good and they fix it right away. Just don't like calling 😒 to get it fixed. More than on occasion.
