We have been customers of Christie Cooling and Heating in Acton Ma for over 5 years for A/C service. They took us on when our original company dropped providing service to Acton. It is always a positive experience. Taylor and his team are always professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend using their services.

Taylor and christie cooling and heating is top notch service. Very knowledgeable, hard working and reasonable. Works fast to get my ac and heat up and running even in the heat and on weekends. Although I always thought Taylor was a good guy willing to help his prices were a bit high. Last time I asked him for a referral if he knew anyone who could put in a pool heater. He said he thought he could do that. After waiting months and months, then finally installs it late in the fall and he billed me for $3682.50 (not including the cost of the heater). I was shocked, but paid it as job was done. Later, when I tried to open my pool in the spring only to find out the plumbing his plumber installed didn't work and I had to pay another guy over $600 to replumb it. When I went back to Taylor not only would he take no responsibility for the shotty workmanship or the outrageous money he charged me. He has offered me no compensation not even a decent apology. I used to think he was a guy I could trust. Not anymore.

My experience with this company is terrible. I'm purchasing a home in Wayland and am planning to install a new ERV system. I'm planning to buy a Broan-Nutone ERV machine, and this company is listed as their “Premier-Pro” installer. So, I contacted Taylor to express my interest in installing a new system and sent a follow-up message. There's no response. I called the next day; Taylor said he'd look at the calendar to schedule an appointment, but there was no follow-up. Half a month later, I called again; Taylor said the call quality was not good and that he would call me back, but there was no response as well. At this point, I've lost confidence in them. For anyone looking to install an ERV system, I’d suggest looking around for someone else.

Taylor is the best. He is smart, reliable, and honest. Taylor takes care of 4 properties for us and he is totally on it in terms of all the necessary proactive maintenance. When we have had a need for emergency repairs he has also been able to get us quick service at a fair price. Very strongly recommend him for all HVAC-related work.

Taylor is so professional, courteous, and does an excellent job. He goes above and beyond to help in emergencies, and is thoughtful and offers great suggestions for ongoing maintenance. Plus, he's just such a nice guy! I would highly recommend him!

Taylor was very responsive when I called. He set up an appointment the next morning (I did have heat, but there was clearly a problem) and thoroughly went through my system to find the cause. Once he determined the problem he was back that afternoon to replace the part. I will absolutely use Christie Cooling & Heating for all regular maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

I have been involved with many construction trades over the years, and without a doubt the most difficult category to find highly qualified and consistently reliable technicians is for HVAC work. Recently I had the pleasure of hiring Christie Cooling and Heating for an important job. Not only was the work performed in a careful and timely manner, but I have never met a more knowledgeable and detailed group than Taylor Christie and his crew. They are highly skilled and clearly know their trade. The word exemplary comes to mind, they are simply a cut above the rest in their industry. I cannot recommend them more highly. Just an outstanding job!

Taylor is an exceptional person who has integrity and performs150% on the job. He solved problems that other HVAC folks just kept charging us for and not fixing the problems. Taylor does not give up!!! He not only has helped solve our problems but when we really needed him to come out last minute he was super responsive. He also suggested some equipment that has been perfect . I just wish he could do everything we need around our house. He is a true problem solver and his honesty is refreshing and super valued by us!!! We recommend him highly!!!

I have worked with Taylor for years. He is very quick to respond, does a fantastic job and is very professional.
I have had one furnace replaced in the building and 3 splits placed. He takes care of yearly maintenance and is prompt with emergency calls. Taylor came highly recommended from a very picky friend and has continued with excellent work ever since.

Taylor got back to me quickly during the weekend about an emergency with my heat. He and his crew arrived first thing Monday and figured out the problem, which was a somewhat tricky one. A high level of service and a personal touch at a reasonable price.

Taylor was recommended by a neighbor and did not disappoint. Came out with hours of talking to him on the phone, quickly confirmed the problem, and had it resolved in no time. Aside from doing great work, he's a nice guy and was super professional. He is now my go-to HVAC guy and I will recommend him without hesitation to anyone who asks. Just an all around great experience and true professional.

This was our first time using Christie and we couldn't have been more pleased. They came out promptly to deal with our issue, figured out what was wrong and had us back up and running -- while also addressing some maintenance that would help keep us in good shape. And all while being really easy to work with. 5 stars!

Extremely responsive, efficient, clean, thorough, and reasonably priced. They recommended some new parts for my central air unit to improve function without "upselling."

Experienced, Responsive, and personable. Taylor did great work with honest feedback on our aging AC system. I plan to stick with them for all of our heating/cooling
repair and maintenance needs.

Overcharges for parts (200%) - make sure to get an invoice as you can confirm prices and if you get charged two years later and have no record of the situation. Repairs didn’t last even two months and when called to have him come back, wouldn’t return calls for months and had to call another company to come and make the repairs that have held for over two years now. His hourly rate went from 145 to 185 over 10 months and as these invoices are two years later and I have to pay cannot complain can I? This is no way to run a business that’s reliable or referable. Amazed that his rating is as high as it is.

Friendly employees, quick responses, excellent service, and reasonable pricing. Everything you’d want from a service provider.

Everything went so well, from the initial visit for an estimate, to completion of the installation of the mini-split. Not a single problem from beginning to end, nor since then, everything running perfectly. I highly recommend Taylor and his company - courteous, answers all questions willingly, efficient, come when say they are coming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
